It was him or me. I know I'm town. I didn't know his alignment when I voted. I probably would have voted just about anybody to save myself. I would appreciate if the four of you would at least briefly state or restate what motivated your INH votes when you placed them.
Dizzy and Quin voted for INH after his claim. It is more difficult to ascertain ulterior motives there as INH provided an obvious motive. I will still each of you though: what made you feel that the vote was still worth making?
You suspected nutella might have information on Marmot, suggested you might move your vote accordingly but didn't, because you were wary of nutella for reasons you don't remember. Instead you tried to lynch the easiest target available via the counterwagon to the potentially information-exposed (in your mind) bad guy.Quin wrote:Don't remember.JaggedJimmyJay wrote:Why didn't you trust her?Quin wrote:I'll also say that the reason I didn't join her on the marmot wagon at the time was because I didn't entirely trust her at the time. I think that's it in a nutshell. Correct behaviour identification, incorrect motive assignment.Jackofhearts2005 wrote:As it turns out, I'm a bit vindicated because INH wasn't town. He wasn't trying to catch scum. He didn't have the town's best interest at heart.
But he wasn't mafia.

Would a baddie nightkill nutella and then immediately say 'I thought she'd be an every night cop'?

Why am I supposed to vote a maybe-copped person by a player I didn't trust over someone I'd been reading as bad and arguing against the past two days?

Why did you copy my question format?
I think that answer depends upon the player. If Quin did that, the implication is that he really believed his team was removing a true cop and utilized transparency as a shield in the thread. It's the clever variety of WIFOM that I would associate with strong baddies. I don't believe it would be an accidental slip though, at least not from a veteran.Golden wrote:Question.

You're supposed to vote for whoever you think is the best vote. I am supposed to judge whether your voting effort is truly representative of that. Here's my beef, sir:Quin wrote:Question.

You state vague distrust of nutella. I think she was blindingly town all game long. She was a glowing beacon of town. I need to know what your problem was if I am going to have any chance of caring about that problem relative to your voting behavior.
I also think Dizzy was an easy ass counterwagon vote on Day 2 and I don't think you ever did a satisfactory job of supporting that vote. Nobody who voted for Dizzy did that.
Where should I move my conversing to? Give me a direction that appeals to me and I might do that. Or I might continue to interrogate you. Depends on my mood.Quin wrote:I would personally recommend you just move on from this conversation, though.

He was one of 3 targets I was comfortable lynching. I still would not have voted for Jack at the end of the phase, and of my suspects he was the only one that was reasonably being pressured.JaggedJimmyJay wrote:INH was self-aligned, and his interests were purely his own. I wasn't 100 percent sure he was Mafia, but I felt the chances he was town was much slimmer. If he came on sooner and explained his theory, I don't know if I change my vote because his logic didn't make sense. He loses the game if Dys get's lynched, so there was still plenty of things that were red-flagging me about his claim that I don't know if I would have given him the leeway to get away with it.
