Whaddya think of LC now in light of the things?
I’m sympathetic to the lynch stop as Mafia power argument but it could also be a Hallow, couldn’t it? Which would mean NAI.

I am a little creeped out by Speed thanks to the residual Bullzeye suspicion, and I do not understand his voting for Glorf whatsoever. Long Con, see above. Luna is reminding me more of her scumplay, I don’t think she believes every argument she’s making.
Townlocks are timmer, juliets, 3J, maybe Jack. Poutanko still looks good to me.

If you’re town, you believe this will catch scum. Otherwise, free suspects to chase. If Speed is town, he is voting to save a confirmed townie. Scum Speed could know the lynch is t/t and an LC mislynch hurts the town more than a Glor one. Nutella makes a fair point but I don’t buy it. She could be selling a lie or believe it herself. Town Quin is being normal stubborn Quin. Scum Quin still wants to mislynch Gloriets.
Scum Jay doesn’t go crazy barking at his teammates.
Scum Speed doesn’t make a big deal over bussing teammate LC when he could just not. He even townreads LC so there’s his excuse.
Quin and Jay just don’t have this spat as teammates imo.

For someone so experienced and competent here at The Syndicate, I find he’s been more ‘superficial’ in his posts than I recall has been the case in previous games. As I mentioned earlier, I think he’s very strong as Mafia and could be flying under the radar a bit.
It's called "working my ass off." I recommend everyone tries it some time.

Why not? The point in contention was whether he would have said the thing about not wanting to be rezzed if he was mafia. If he got lynched as mafia I am 500% sure he would just give up and be glad to be over with it rather than be rezzed as a confirmed baddie which sounds like his worst nightmare.

I am 0% sure of that, and even if it's true he says that in BTSC instead of the thread. Quitting in either alignment is obviously not ideal, but there are different connotations and motivations between them. A frustrated mafioso who quits is letting down a team with whom he or she is intimately involved because of that behind-the scenes communication. It amounts to looking them in the eye and saying "I am done playing this game with you, forget it." I don't think Glorfindel would do that regardless of how much he hates being a mafioso. He said in clear terms what he intended, and we know it wasn't a lie. That is never the
truth for a Glorfindel with BTSC teammates relying on him. To me this was something so obvious that I find it highly dubious for anyone to have remained on his wagon after that point (who has any familiarity with him as a player).
A quitting civilian doesn't have the same feeling of responsibility, because the teammates are some unknown ambiguous set of people. Indeed, a quitting civilian often isn't even concerned with quitting that game, they're concerned with quitting THE game of Mafia itself -- just as Glorfindel expressed. There are no distinct faces attached to those teammates, so no concrete people are being let down.

A deathly hallow would be alignment-neutral (so at least possibly civilian). The resurrection stone and invisibility cloak both could have some thematic and mechanical relevance. I'd agree that if he's a mafioso, the team wasn't figuring on needing that until very late when the wagon ballooned.

Sure, but I think the Invisibility Cloak being a lynch stop/lynch fail doesn't track thematically. Makes more sense to have it be something along the lines of preventing the user from being tracked or preventing a Night action than a lynch.
Ipso facto.

I did say that. I am a liar. I didn't figure I'd be able to hang around the thread and push my own pet lynch since I was sitting in actual class during an actual class discussion, and beating on my keyboard would be distasteful. But then I did it anyway.
Since I was there, I chose a wagon. I don't like solo votes, and nobody went for sprityo. Long Con looked shady during the final proceedings to me and I wanted to save Glorf once it was clear to me that he was not the right way to go.

Like, if he got a Hallow from being the last person to vote for somebody, then the Hallow he got didn't stop that lynch so it wouldn't stop his.... right?
So 3 possible scenarios as I see them:
1. LC started with a Hallow, NAI, but does an LC with a Hallow make a big fuckin stink about trying to get more?
2. LC Did not start with a Hallow, but gained one through killing. Bad
3. LC's lynch stop was not the result of a Hallow. Bad.

PLAYER SALAD! Great catch, and an even greater image used. Took me a sec, at first I thought the women represented the accused players laughing at the accuser. Which was fun too.
Player salad is a proven finder of baddies. Even the last game I was in, I accused Luna of it, and she was bad.

And, as a believer in Player Salad as a tell, that example really supports it. I do get, however, that the definition can be muddied easily. I think it's just gotta be analyzed by experts on a contextual basis.

I am hesitant to assume any particular distribution of mafia per house. Of the puffers though I would say speedzeye is the top suspect, followed by Epignosis.
