I am pretty sure she only said that after she was unsilenced, so she is theoretically one of the people who chose/could not post for some reason. I'm not sure why it makes a difference though, as blaming silent people is just as likely to make you bad as being silent is.

I wasn't blaming her. I was pointing out that her being silenced could explain her low post count, since Mongoose suggested we look at low posters hiding behind the wall of silly. That is sort of the opposite of blaming.

I was just confused because the only way she could mention being silenced is if it had already happened and was over. She's been fairly quiet since then so could still be a part of the list. My other comment concerned the entire idea of looking at silent people.

I think that tendency is pretty well an across-the-board trait, fairly uncorrelated with the civ/bad axis.
I've been quiet because I'm barely playing - I check in every few hours, but I never really have time to do much in the way of analysis (and I don't feel like there has been much to work with so far either). I think Llama is being zany because he's bored, because he's not in a chat with anyone, and I think Mongoose is joining him because he's contagious - I can't read anything about her status from that fact.
I'm still kind of confused by the game, actually - I'm unclear on what many of our attributes actually *do*, and I don't really understand how we're supposed to have any chance, unless the baddies have much less life than the civs. But maybe the odds are bad, and Fetus just got really lucky last night?

Nev made a good point though. If you are not bored fine, but you may have more time on your hands not having btsc too. Granted based on frequency of player posting even if you do have btsc, you might be bored in that too.
I am considering Bwt as a vote currently for jumping on your low poster bandwagon. There's not much to go on in this game so far, but latching on to the low poster excuse doesn't feel good to me.

We have a core problem here:
1) We don't gain any concrete information until somebody dies.
2) Normally people die when we lynch them, in this game people just take damage.
3) Scattering our vote around like last time will result in lots of people being hurt (and easier for baddies to kill) and us gaining no real information until the endgame.
Sadly, I don't see any actual solutions to that problem - bandwagoning is mostly 'hope we get lucky'.. Does anyone else see some way to not lose this game? Maybe we'll be able to uncover more information as the game unfolds via mechanics like on night 0?

Yes, that's true, because we don't know anyone's life tally. We could lose 3 or more civs in one night by vote spreading.
Let's only spread good ole Kosher schmear and not the vote.
That said, how are we going to get this lot to agree on anything?
Also, I'd like us to chat strategy for sending in our night levels.

If we jump on bandwagons we could lose 3 or more civs in 3 or more consecutive nights. If we spread it we could lose 3 or more civs in one night while waiting 3 or more nights till that happens. In other words... this will be a looooooooooooong game. Unless, of course, you vote the Lizzy Act.

Fair point, Mongoose' wagon. I wasn't actually accusing you of anything, but rather bwt. Why so quick to defend? It actually makes you look worse in mÿ eyes since you took Mongoose's thought and put names to it to suspect. However, bwt is the one I am most suspicious of right now.

Bandwagons happen all the time. It's usually how people get lynched, civvies and baddies. The bandwagon wasn't the suspicious part as much to me as the low poster bandwagoning. It seems way to convenient to go after low posters again. Someone brings this up every game. Don't think I didn't notice bwt defended you miss Lizzy and here you are attacking me. Teamies what what?

Who are anyone's suspects? It's weirdly hard for me to follow who any of you are actively suspecting for whatever reason.
Let me see if I can summarize some of our suspects and PLEASE correct me I'm wrong.
* Hedge suspects Llama, Birdy and LIzzy
* Llama suspects Lizzy, Hedge, possibly DP and maybe Eloh?
* Dom suspects Hedge, or at least finds her comments weird
Nev, who are you looking at today? Any one else want to chime in?

As to BWT defending Lizzy, to me it didn't read as someone defending her as much as he waas trying to give her space as someone who was silenced/cursed etc. It wasn't that long ago that poor Artemis got lynched while authentically cursed in American Gods.

Not quite right. I suspect Hedge and Elo for their eagerness to jump on my odd behavior as a reason to find me suspicious. They both should know better. It seemed a convenient and easy thing for baddies to do. I don't suspect Lizzy. I don't really suspect DP that much either. I do suspect INH and I also kind of suspect you, for the same reason as Elohcin, though you were pretty quick to backpedal.
