It allows town to just play the game as if checking off a list. It's not really scum hunting and it theoretically confirms ~4 people as town every time a single baddie is lynched.
I dunno what to tell you fam. Each of the confirmed baddies are from a different house so the obvious answer is there is a baddie in Hufflepuff. Unless you're saying Hufflepuff is all town in which case Yun Qui my good sir.

This is illogical and I didn't play Firefly so I don't get the reference.
