I know I'm a civilian, and I'm relieved people see as much. I have no problems seeking civilians and killing other people, if that's what you're asking. It's a viable method of operation. Not perfect, but viable.

Long Con comes from an older generation of mafia in this community. We come from the same mafia background. It’s my experience that he tends to protect teammates rather than call attention to them.

I think it’s either a genuine town rage or he’s a wolf who is overreacting about something that I don’t think many of us were thinking much about.

I continue to feel great about the state of the game. I am comfortable with my civilian reads; indeed that is only becoming more true as Day 1 progresses.

My clear POE pool remains: ColinIsCool, DrWilgy, sprityo, Long Con, and Funnygurl555. I said earlier in the phase that my goal was a pool of seven, so I have room for two more on the tinfoil side. I’d look first to Alison and TonyStarkPrime for that “tier”.

Anyone who has severe misgivings about this arrangement (ideally beyond “I’m on the list, how dare you”) should speak up.

Jay is checking off all of the boxes on the classically scum list. It makes me... uncomfortable.

I considered the same thing for a moment. If the mafia team is granted fake claims (i.e. fake role cards), your check might snag that -- or maybe just for one mafioso "godfather" or something.

I am not inclined to speculate all day though; it's impossible to know. Judging LC by his handling of your claim is good enough for me, and he seems okay right now.

My role exists probably to catch wolves claiming those fake roles, I don't see how I could "catch" a role that isn't in the game, fake claims are just claims to look townier, that don't actually show up if they are checked

Still, I am open to hearing suspicions of/cases against the remainder of the game. sabie has half a dozen things going for her. Kitsu ... can be a wolf? No the miller claim is a soft clear. Also probably doesn't kill Nanook but that's subtle. Wilgy is townish. Colin is maybe trending town. Epi trending wolf, seriously there's nothing towny there. Alison is a ???, different from the last game but could go either way. There are a few things that pushed me in a positive direction here now that I think about it. Jay is still on the wolfy side but I don't think can reasonably be a wolf without this poe still getting one hit and the SK. Jay should sort himself out thus. Pawn most likely wolf but colin most likely scum hit overall, changing my opinion. But maybe not Jay/Pawn. I dunno. Epi/Pawn/Kitsu? Or Epi/Pawn/Alison?

I’m still about where I was earlier, with a few slight changes.

One thing I’d like to suggest, though, after reading both write ups. Jack Daws comes across more like a Vig than a SK to me, def not mafia. Jack the Ripper (if that’s Nanook’s killer) could be mafia, but would fit better as a SK.

*If* those things are correct, that would possibly mean that the mafia hit was blocked last night. But I’m torn on that idea, because write up copping happens a lot on Realms. Like, when someone is blocked or jailkept from there target, there’s oftentimes a vague mention of something like that happening in the write up.

But here there’s just the two kill scenes. I’m not sure if that’s just the Syndicate style or not, though.

Maybe it is a vig and an SK, and the scum kill was blocked or protected.
