The shrine is guarded by a hostile giant who holds Shagrol's Warhammer. A chest and various leveled loot can be found nearby the shrine, as well as a few dead Orcs.

Volendrung, also known as the Hammer of Might, is said to have been created by the Dwemer of the now-abandoned clan of Rourken, hundreds of years before they disappeared from Tamriel. Like the dwarves who created it, Volendrung is prone to disappearing suddenly. Unlike the Dwemer, Volendrung is also prone to resurfacing unexpectedly. It is the reward for completing Malacath's daedric quest

So what does this mean for Tim and KZA who both claimed Volendrung? I have no idea but it seems fishy. Especially that there are only 2 orcs and I'm one, and I'm only able to visit Malacath

I think it would be a great thing to out, if it were true, but since I actually have the Volendrung thing I know it is not true.

There's very good incentive for anyone with an artifact to not claim that they have an artifact lol. See the Razor one.

I'm thinking and idk but it seems to me tim claimed to have it because he was trying to protect KZA. at least from my take of how it was presented. I was there for twighlight in rl time.

I went to the chaos shrine. Chaos did not happen, I was blocked.

Looks like someone was able to either protect KZA, or KZA was lying the whole time and has been a wolf “green peeking” a town and was just trying to lure out who really had the artifact.

I think Tim’s claim looks the best because it seems like an obvious attempt to Spartacus it up.

One of Bo or KZA is bad

I kinda thought it was meh because it was obvious Spartacus and I tend to think that’s not helpful....except you know, that one champs game it was super helpful.

Daisy, yes you are right. I figured my attempt was worth trying because I didn't really believe Kza and figured the wolves wouldn't either but would almost have to fire on one of us...and when it missed would maybe feel like they had to try the other.

Bo and Marmot are probably just piling in on the gambit trying to save us I guess. Obviously whoever has the slammer hammer is smart enough not to say anything.
