I enjoyed hosting this very much. If you're curious about the Night polls, I can post those tomorrow some time. Just ask.

I just got back from a wedding and reception, so hic. :p

Several interesting coincidences came up (I did not plan these).

Marrow (bones) was the Blob.

The Summers Bros. were Havok and Cyclops.

Mikhail was Colossus.

The game had reached the point where you would not have the numbers to lynch Havok, whose vote was worth 3 and who decided ties. Additionally, Havok still had a -2 prize from Night 1.
I was actually going to try to convince Havok to vote himself (and break the tie for himself) today. I know it was an uphill battle, but I wish I had gotten a chance to try.

Hell of a game! Well played, S~V~S. Haha I knew that was you, and I thought it was hilarious that we didn't agree on a single thing all game. You tipped your hand on Havok, and I was trying like crazy to find a way to get him killed before the end. I even submitted that in the rebus game where we competed for extra powers. No dice, though.

It's going to be a great time. Lots of nifty roles, riddles, camaraderie, killing people, and gold!

Russti, I had NO idea it was you :D

So I found it interesting that we still played out our usual thing, intuition vs. logic :P

I learned alot about me and my game this game, and it was for the most part reassuring. For instance, I was diametrically opposed to pretty much everything Avalanche said well before I had figured out that he was Llama. I was writing a reply to him, and I realized that it was the exact same kind of reply I would write to Llama, so Avalanche had to BE Llama. I even PMed Epi with my epiphany :derp:

I also reacted to Longshots game exactly how I react to Juliets' (I had no idea who Longshot was until he went away the same weekend as Juliets, lol).

So reacting to people I did not "know" the same way as i react to them when I DO know who they are was a good thing for me, it made me realize that I was reacting to a persons game play, and not to *the person*. I was beginning to worry that i had a personal element in my game, and I no longer think that that is the case.

And kudos to Turnip Head for best "disguise", I had no idea who he was until rather late in the game, and even then I was not sure. It was totally based on timing, and had he not also been hosting while this was going on, I don't think I ever would have guessed Deadpool was Turnip Head.

And Dom, like 45 minutes after I picked my guys, I realized who you were.

I was fairly sure who Rey was after the SW/Polaris thing. I went back and forth on whether or not he was a civvie, though. I wish we all could have had BTS, it would have been awesome.

On my way to clean Queenie out.

And yeah, play the Hobbit. It's a very awesome game :daisy:

Fabian Cortez would augment someone's power, enabling them to target two people instead of one. I think Mikhail (Colossus) won this, so I allowed him to extend his protection to someone else that Night.

In a display of his twisted nature, Sauron will hypnotize two people. Those with the highest votes will automatically target one another.

Avalanche was obsessed with The Morlocks. It wasn't a shabby thing to win. Anyone wonder why Avalanche would be gone during the Day but talk at Night? He wasn't targeted as much as you thought with silencing powers.

The Morlock Tunnels_

Callisto is the current leader of the Morlocks. Who will challenge her in combat for leadership over the Morlocks?

There is a 50% chance the winner of this poll will defeat Callisto. If the winner of the poll fails, the second place person gets a chance at 55%, and so on at 5% incremental increases until a winner emerges.

The winner will be the leader of the Morlocks. This will entail a reward at a risky responsibility. If the leader does not post at all during the Day phase (he or she may vote), then the leader can use two of the following powers:

Annalee:
An empath, capable of making others feel what she does. Use this to send a PM through the host to a player of your choice.

Erg:
Erg can redirect energy using his electric eye. You can move one vote against you somewhere else the next Day.

Healer:
The Healer can start you with -1 received votes the next Day.

Piper:
You may force someone to vote a certain way the next Day.

Plague:
Plague can disease someone. Make your target start the next Day with 1 vote.

Ape:
Ape can transform into any solid object. Prevent yourself from being blocked.

Beautiful Dreamer:
Alters memories with her cigarettes. You may make someone believe that their vote is worth 2 the next Day, but that is in fact false.

Leech:
Leech stops other mutants’ powers from working. There is a 50% chance of blocking someone.

Masque:
If you get lynched, your role will not be disclosed in the thread.

Skids:
Skids creates a force field. This will protect you from a specific player targeting you.

Tar Baby:
Things stick to him. You can force someone to target you.

Shi’ar Empire Starship_
Lilandra Neramani has shown you highly advanced technological wonders of the Shi’ar Empire. Their latest piece of technology will locate someone in a slightly alternate universe, create a copy, and bring the replica into this universe: In essence, a resurrection.

Simple, this.

A Night killed player comes back and a lynched player comes back. I elected to use usernames instead of "sock puppet" accounts.

No one's mutant powers were in effect, including people like Colossus and Nightcrawler.

Simon was very distraught when he learned he had lost his powers. He vowed to lynch whoever took his powers away from him.

Epignosis: "Simon, daddy took away your powers."

Simon: "YOU CAN'T DO THAT. YOU'RE JUST THE HOST! Hmmmph!"

New York City (During the Evacuation)_
Select which model Sentinel should be manufactured.

The forces of Apocalypse are destroying New York City. Bolivar Trask is manufacturing sentinels to assist with the evacuation of the residents.

In this poll, everyone will be selecting which sentinel (Model A-J) to manufacture. This will increase the power of The Sentinels (if that role is still alive). In the event of a tie, The Sentinels will choose.

++++

A word about The Sentinels (Lizzy)

At one point, Lizzy (Hawkeye) got BTSC with people as "The Danger Room." She made up shit about "The Fourth Dimension" and secret players and secret teams and about how the Danger Room IDs meant this or that.

All horseshit.
