She's being talked about but all the votes are going to LC/Lunalee. I just like to keep the votes in the poll distributed so there aren't any runaway bandwagons. I don't expect my vote to remain on her, but I want it there for right now the sake of discussion.

My objective is always to vote somewhere it can make a difference. I don't think there is ever any value in town voting off wagon, no matter how much you might think every wagon is civ. I don't care about breaking the tie - I'd have voted my biggest suspect of the three even if it created a tie.

I think there is a difference in game philosophy coming to light here. Voting off wagon has its benefits and I don't want to spell all of them out necessarily, but one is to apply pressure. I felt that lunalee's conduct was the most suspicious of anyone I'd ISO'd that day and certainly more suspicious than the others. And I would rather put pressure on someone who I think may be scum than kill someone who I don't see a case for. Sorry if you think that's bad play, but that's how it is and how it's gonna be.

Sorry if you felt ignored Colin, but Speedchuck gave me some advice last game I played that it is more useful to town to analyze posts and scum hunt than repeatedly defend ones self. That is what I'm trying to do. And yes, I do realize the irony of this comment, but just wanted to throw that out.

This is the first time luna has addressed Colin in a meaningful way. It's an apology for not responding to his pressure. The advice from speedchuck is solid and I don't disagree with it but, another piece of advice for luna: sometimes it's hard for townies to hunt other players if they're not addressing concerns directed at themselves.
This would be a fairly nuanced teammate interaction if these two are partners where luna bluntly acknowledges Colin's pressure while providing a strategic reason for not having responded. It's not impossible but I'm not sure I see it happening between these two.

So far you're not pinging my scum radar, so I'll move along.

Fairly vague defense of Colin. I feel worse about this post than the above, though it's still not impossible that a town lunalee genuinely sees no reason to suspect Colin. If I look into the tunnel I can easily see this as teammate interaction though.

Complete lack of a stance in this post. I don't like it, but again... Luna is a relatively new player who's probably not encountered many situations like this one. A little hesitance is not as damning for her as it would be for, say, Turnip Head.

first of all, throughout Day 2 is a very broad timeframe. My thoughts: Sloonei was still suspicious because Day 1 suspicions don't just evaporate overnight because it's Day 2 and I am an intuitive person who likes to follow instincts. I felt like you weren't engaging people the way you usually do until much later. I hated the Colin vote when it happened and the reasons for it, and I hated you calling yourself hypocritical. It just didn't sit right with me. Call it whatever you want, but that's where I was. So I come in Day 2 when I did come in and I saw 5/5 for Sloonei and Colin. I hadn't seen anything from Colin (cos he barely posted apparently), so I broke the tie cos I hate ties and placed a vote on you.

When I returned for Day 2 and ISOd Colin and saw his posts, I felt like Colin was being tight lipped, didn't like all the heat he was receiving and being online and not rebutting it didn't seem like Town Colin to me. The majority of votes were on him, yes, but I didn't vote blindly either. I was convinced in where my vote was going. It wasn't like LCs vote of "everyone else thinks he's bad so...", I actually saw and believed in the case against him and felt like I had reasons to why I was putting my vote on Colin. Colin is a passionate player, I felt like he was just trying to speak as little as possible because he knew it was over anyway (clearly).

I meant I can see Luna being scum independent of LC.

I haven't reached the LC case in depth yet. Just some quotes between him and Colin that Sloonei posted and I gave my opinion on that so far.

My thoughts: Sloonei was still suspicious because Day 1 suspicions don't just evaporate overnight because it's Day 2 and I am an intuitive person who likes to follow instincts. I felt like you weren't engaging people the way you usually do until much later. I hated the Colin vote when it happened and the reasons for it, and I hated you calling yourself hypocritical. It just didn't sit right with me. Call it whatever you want, but that's where I was. So I come in Day 2 when I did come in and I saw 5/5 for Sloonei and Colin. I hadn't seen anything from Colin (cos he barely posted apparently), so I broke the tie cos I hate ties and placed a vote on you.

When I returned for Day 2 and ISOd Colin and saw his posts, I felt like Colin was being tight lipped, didn't like all the heat he was receiving and being online and not rebutting it didn't seem like Town Colin to me. The majority of votes were on him, yes, but I didn't vote blindly either. I was convinced in where my vote was going. It wasn't like LCs vote of "everyone else thinks he's bad so...", I actually saw and believed in the case against him and felt like I had reasons to why I was putting my vote on Colin. Colin is a passionate player, I felt like he was just trying to speak as little as possible because he knew it was over anyway (clearly).

How do you read me now?
And what exactly is the reason you are voting luna over LC? You referenced Scotty's case, but I'm not sure what specific point(s) you are referring to.

I'm actually more inclined to vote Luna today than LC.

(I say that because I haven't looked into LC in depth yet and I'm lazy. I wake up at 7am and have a 2 hour lunch then finished work at 5.15pm then have another meeting in an hour over dinner. fuck my life atm).
