Returning to this, we can add motel room. His Night 6 suspicions were pretty clearly centered on Glorfindel and Scotty (perhaps also Dom?).

That'd mean Glorfindel and Scotty are more consistent suspects of the kill targets than they already were. So either they're just obvious baddies or they're the bait the baddies are eager to leave us. That it keeps happening might decrease the chance of an ulterior motive though and increase the likelihood that they're just killing potential voters.

I thought it was obvious. Wilgy was gung-ho about lynching Lorab for a while there. Lorab doesn't bullshit around. She's good on your team. She snuffs the person suspecting her and twirls her way out of it.

The vote is meaningless.

You think it's more likely that my own hypothetical baddie team (within which I am a part of the decision process) elected to shoot me and eliminate my lynchproof power than it is for a bad LoRab to let DrWilgy live?

Oh, NOW your vote on me is meaningless. I said as much yesterday. You denied it.

And with the latter thing, you're just being silly. I don't think that, and you're grasping for straws, because super Jay, cleared Jay, is losing this game. "Epi thinks I'm actually bad." Get real.

It means you should listen instead of trying to take charge all the time. Whom do you trust?

My best wins as a civilian came after S~V~S told me to stop trying to be the leader and listen to others. Step back and observe.

Fair advice and I am willing to do so. The bolded bit is sort of my problem though -- I honestly can't claim to trust anyone right now. I can't remember another game where I've survived so deep and felt like every single player is too suspicious to be a confident town read. It's frustrating, and the only way I know to sort it out is ask questions.

I am wide open right now to anyone else's perspectives. I made it clear on Day 6 that I don't know who the baddies are, and I had to place 9,000 votes to even start to arrive at any conclusions.

I'm stumped, like I've said. I have no problem admitting that.

At times you have been more hard-headed in your suspicions than you usually are. I'd say in recent memory you've become a more aggressive player than you used to be, but this game represents another shift further in that direction. There have been moments where I have wondered whether your motivation is really learning about players as much as dictating to players.

I'd appreciate it if y'all could give me some time to get my real life workload out of the way before I invest myself too deeply here. I've got multiple reports due today I need to touch up before I submit them so my activity is going to be spotty probably just for this phase. After that, I can participate as I usually do :srsnod:

I've been following along to a certain extent (though mostly just skimming tbh), so I'd love it if anyone could sum up some of the more important things or give me some direction so I don't have to re-read 30 pages. There's a lot of invested people in this game so that would be no quick task. :srsnod:
This is his very first post and it's one of the type of entries I can go either way on ("Gonna be busy, will catch up when I can...), depending on how the player follows it up. Quin follows it up very strong. A few hours later he was asking questions and tossing out reads on whatever he could.

A caveat in this is that I feel it's easier for a scum player who subs in late to share reads and look town early on because the reads they post can very well be genuine, gathered from the time they potentially spent as a neutral observer of the thread.

We did GTH reads the night they tried to kill me. I had four baddie reads: indiglo (wrong), sprityo/Scotty, INH, and DrWilgy (wrong). It seems likely it wasn't my reads they were worried about back then as much as how civilian I looked after the Elohcin lynch.
