Umm... I guess Daisy would be it with either Sorsha or MP. It would mean that MP was way out of meta or that he is reading daisy wrong, neither of which I think are likely.
It's not me. So it has to be them. :shrug2:

Because I seemed checked out in the early going?

It really was just because I was on holiday. I've been back home the last few days. Then I'm going away again in two days.

There was a point in time where I thought Epi was Olivia (including when I voted for him) but I realised he wasn't later.

No because you've seemed to have a lot of roles figured out. I don't know how else you'd have roles pinned down for most people. Unless it's that obvious and I just haven't been paying close enough attention. Which could totally be it. :confused2:

I think it's just the way my brain works. I'm always trying for my big 'theory of the game'. This happens to be a game in which I was able to do it. Old school games like this tend to allow for it the best.

I'm confused.

I guess this means Dom and Quin are VFD?

Or Dom and Jack? How many VFD do we have again?

And doesn't this mean MP was lying? How the hell does that clear him?

And what about Daisy? Shy is she cleared too?

Why is suddenly everyone cleared except Sorsha?

I have to stick with MP here. I hate this mass claiming thing. Sure it's just hinting, but it might be even worse this way because only a few players get it and then act super cagey about it. I like it better when it's about reading people's behaviors and analysing their votes.

No, but he did act as though he is an indy that wasn't particularly fussed about who was town and who was bad. That isn't necessarily VFD.

Like... I don't even get why lynching QUin became a bad idea all of a sudden.

We had a case. How does the fact there are a nunch of people following make it a bad case?

Why is it a bad thing that he could be Olaf? Lynching scum is still more important than getting info.

Nothing made sense this night.

I mean, the only people we've seen survive a kill are sig and I, and I'm confident neither of us is Ishmael.

I did theorise that perhaps Ishmael could be killed if he was blocked on the same day, but others don't agree, and it is a bit of a stretch I guess. So now I'm leaning towards Ishmael being alive.

I mean, it's just a speculative theory, so I may as well be open about it, since it's not info and I have no evidence.

I think MP is Ishmael and recruited Daisy.

Along with that, I always thought Dom was civ and have a particular role in mind for him, which for me the last lynch result affirmed. Same for Epi, although it hasn't been affirmed in any way, so I'm running a bit more on faith there. But I see no reason for epi to be bad. I thought Jack was mechanically cleared along with you, and I'm certain sig was never bussing anyone. Now Quin's been cleared. That only leaves Sorsha. That's how I got there on my logic.

I'm not saying you have to trust me. Feel free to punch me in the face instead.

I grew up in a mafia community where every game was like this one, and the way town won was by spreadsheeting and getting each person into a role. I remember in my very first game I had civilian btsc and my partner said 'first thing... always spreadsheet everything - work out who can and can't be what role'. I don't do it very often any more because it doesn't apply very well to a lot of different set ups. But it's great for a traditional old school game like this. It's not so difficult to deduce which roles are dead within a day or two, for example. A lot of roles have effects that are quite visible.

Eh... I never do that.

But I grew up on a community where most games are closed setup and every role has 2-5 abilities.

Every event in the game has at least 5 possible explanations are they are usually all wrong and the right one is a BS ability the host came up with on the fly.

Heck, if I'm the host, I am making these abilities on the fly. I want players to be surprised. I've only hosted one big open setup game, and I still hid some of the craziest abilities.

I'm heading on holiday for two weeks shortly, and this time instead of justifying my schedule to others I'm best off not needing to phone post at all, so I'm not intending to sign up for anything more until I get back from that, at least. Otherwise, I reckon I would have.

Well to be fair the number of days before that game starts is a random number between 7 and 3485738979348567

You may see me in the future then. I'm sure Roman can't wait for a rematch given how much I abused his play style last time lol.

Also I thought Jack had the bowl why do you care if I through a vote at LC?

Also I don't like Quin wanting to lynch me, maybe if they hadn't have been all clandestine "we have BTSC just follow us" type junk all day we'd have gotten something out of this day.

I could go with a Sorsha vote I guess, unless something pops up tonight. I do think we have at least two baddies left though.

Nah. Too much happened today for sig to have sorsha I the front of his mind. He has credibility as long as I'm alive, he's gonna milk that with as many mislynches as he can.
I do have to say I wish I was scum, this would be my best mafia game ever if I was, buuuut I'd have also killed Poe by know and gotten Violet out for sure, though i guess she could be gone we never know. :ponder:

Though TS is mean to me, I've only been scum three times here. :meany:

Also I thought I was Ishmael why the change of heart?
I think this is the 9th or 10th game I play here and I've only been scum once.

Sure but how do you know him?

Have you played a game there I'm not aware of?

We played in the mafia champs finale together. He was damn good actually, but I kept asking him when he was going to show up and contribute lol. Well, he never explained anything, he was just like 'x is bad, suck it'.
