It is unclear how speedchuck is changing his reads. He says he has no town reads, but earlier in the game he had clearly stated town reads in Epi, Sloonei, and (perhaps) sanmateo. What alarms me further is that speedchuck is saying he doesn't like how all over the place the thread is (but he's worse than almost anyone else in that regard, at least from what I saw) AND he says he wants to vote for either LC or Epi "for information" when he clearly was defending Epi as a town read earlier. I found no substantiated reason for his change of mind.

I therefore believe that he is likely fabricating his reads.
My problem with this is that speedchuck is quite careful and a devious kind.

Do you think he'd forget he said I was good and then call me bad later?

I don't.
:ponder:

That's a fair point. I'm not sure he'd "forget", but his opinions just seemed all over the place to me. I guess it's potentially genuine inconsistency as opposed to opportunistic fabrication.

I'm not even sure I've personally seen a mafia-aligned speedchuck.

I feel like the day is going in circles, and I don't like that. Votes are spread, and I don't like that. I don't have anything with me to eat, and I don't like that.

Worst of all, though, I don't really have any town reads. This never happens. I usually just bandwagon on with a townie for the wins. Uhhhh.... Leaning toward voting Epi or LC, for info and thread-clearing clarify and decent odds that one of them are scum.
So you go from sloonei and Epig being town reads to no town reads at all? Really? :suspish:

Switches vote to speedchuck

You've had an inconsistent logic fail, and now this. That's enough for me to move my vote.

For those who don't know, speedchuck painstakingly went over games he wasn't even in so he could craft curses that would frame people who were in those games.

He was top-notch mafia.

Forgetting you just called a guy good on Day 1 isn't top-notch mafia.

The investigation team made way for New South Wales, and anxiety was running high. Every person they passed raised their suspicions. Quin could be waiting around any corner, under any tree, perhaps even in the trunk of their cars! They acted quickly against their first suspect.

Long Con has been lynched. He was:

Spoiler: show
Australia's most prominent, badass detective! He was the center of the operation! Crikey!

You are the civilian detective. If a plurality or majority of voters choose correctly during a Quin Search, you'll be granted a power during the following night phase. It will be randomly selected among the following: track, watch, cop, vigilante. Vigilante may only occur once, but the rest may occur repeatedly. Win the game by eliminating all threats to your faction and finding Quin.

Voting for speedchuck. Somehow since I last checked about 15 minutes ago a few more votes moved to LC, and I probably missed something since I didn't have time to catch up after work since you guys post too damn much, but I still suspect speedchuck. In the post I lost I was also going to say that I feel about the same about DDL as I do about speedchuck. I haven't been reading him as town and could have easily voted for him as well.

...linki wait what why did it end what the fuck I thought I had more time.. the poll said the hour, did somebody end it early, I am so out of the loop fuck stop putting all the deadlines at the end of my work hours it's the worst

Just because one of the aspects of the role is a cop phase does not a cop make.

And yes, we are playing semantics. But isn't that part of what mafia is about?

Yes, he has three different power that give him info and one power that produces a kill. I'd wager that probably is the most powerful role the civs have. Stop painting nutella as bad for saying it.
