Wow, not quite sure how I came out with those. Fun.

DDL - cruising, no one seems to suspect him, but i don't remember a single opinion of his. seems like he's staying mia and liking the non-attention to me. no urgent game solving need. no inquisitive tones from him. dislike

g-man - his player reads were useful, but i value spontaneous engagement in the thread versus well thought out replies that were written and edited then posted. people who can't be the former are suspect, especially in this game.

nanook - i have no real reason to town read him, thus, he becomes a suspect.

nutella - stayed away from both sig and mac lynches. seems to agreeable with me. not as wishy washy as town nutella usually is. something seems off about her tone. i don't like it. i had more reasons, but no time atm. i have to go.

sloonei - i have discussed many times why i think sloonei is scum and the end of day fiasco doesn't sway me to change that.

tony - i dont have a reason to town read him, thus, he becomes a suspect.

i have to go. please talk more, we have 25 posts and it's almost end of night. burn through those with content! i'll be back before end of night

Peculiar? Yes. Hypocritical? Perhaps. In this game, there is a limit to how beneficial the rhymes are. You can fit them in here and there between prose as well. Once the benefit is over, sticking with the rhymes just impairs communication. I think it’s his apparent stubbornness to abstain from prose more so than the use of rhyme. My play experience with him is quite limited. If he’s quirky like me, then it might make sense. I lack that context. I’m voting for Nanook now so I have a vote on the board as I start ISOing the people I have little to no read on.

Damn G-Man don't make me defend nanook. I don't want to defend Nanook.

But yeah, you of all people being annoyed about imparting communication is well... ironic.

And yeah dude is quirky af. Though I'm yet to play with town him so I'm just assuming I don't know his meta.

Pfft, my vibe reads have seven in the bad section. It’s more of a “they don’t make me civ read them” thing than a “I suspect them thing.”

No one told them their GTH reads had to be capped at a certain figure. But I agree that not forcing yourself to narrow it down to a more sensible number given the size of this game isn’t helpful.

I typed it up and then forgot to send it, and then, completely out of spirit with GTH, changed DDL to scum before sending. I was the first one, other people seem to have picked up on this? I don’t know, I think he’s just south of null.

More directly to your question, I’d place a player as scum roughly if I’d take 3:2 odds on the bet. So with that threshold, that leaves room for theoretically up to 10 players in a game with up to four mafia. How many players do we have?

Also, someone subtweeted me at some point and noted that it's highly unlikely that, assuming scum, the entire team was on Mac. It's hard for me right now to quite comprehend that idea, but I'm coming around. The lack of emergence of other trains is throwing me off.

The ranking from "I actually feel bad about this person" to "I wasn't allowed to vote neutral so I voted scum cuz I don't wanna have too little scum reads" was

TH > nutella > sloonei > nanook > TSP

TH is still kind of weird in day 1 and I do agree on Mac's point about him that he was sheeping too much. Yeah maybe sheeping is fine but TH didn't really impress me otherwise.

nutella feels a little disconnected from the game, like she's saying a lot but not participating much. That said she probably ranks high in the list of people I've mislynched the most, so I'll tread carefully here.

Literally no idea how to read nanook. I don't know how to interpret he going against Sig. I don't know what to do with him. Send help.

TSP is also pretty meh. Dunno what to think of him yet.

dunya feels very honest and I can understand her thought proccesses just fine.

MP is a bit less obvious but so far he's easy enough to understand too. Maybe make this a light green.

Epi is actually mindmelding with me a lot which is rare. His big read post in D1 was very agreeable. He said some weird shit but coming from him it's okay.

G-Man's lists also make kind of sense and is giving me an okay feel. Light green.

Russ feels honest af.

Sig is being a jerk but that actually makes it less likely he is bad. I'm not sure if baddie Sig would do that kind of gratuitous bullying on MP for in-game reasons. Basically what speed said about him.

Speed is very hard to read but the stuff he said about Sig I really agree it so he earns a light green.

Pretty good these days at hiding the fact that I’m playing from her. I don’t hide from her in order to play. She understands that I consider this community to be part of my social life and that I consider several people here to be good friends. Thanks for making it sound like I go cower in a closet or something. If that’s something else to add to the list of things that people don’t like about me around here, then maybe I should just hang it up altogether. GoC sure made me consider it. Time changes people and forums.

dunya and russ are my biggest two reads so I guess it makes sense I didn't elaborate much, just feeling a lot of honesty and understanding their thought proccesses.

Epi had some moments where he called people bad for bizarre reasons, such as when he said you should enjoy counting since you are an accountant. Or that exchange when he calls Sig bad for having apparently contradicting thoughts but then backs down when Sig replies with the obvious explanation (like, Epi should have thought it himself to begin with).

That's the Epi thing, though, at this point I've learned not to read him bad every time he says something I heavily disagree with.
