dunya - this one is difficult for the same reasons as Jay (note I am starting from the bottom of my list and working my way up)

JaggedJimmyJay - I could go either way on him. He puts so much time and effort into those walls of texts. It really could be a big civ move or a great effort to look that way.

juliets - civ in my opinion. really helpful in trying to find the bad guys.

Kites - one of my top suspects. I have questioned him from almost the beginning. I remember reading on ONE post from him that had me thinking he MIGHT be civ.

Long Con - sittin' pretty over there on his civilian throne. I do wonder though, as luna brought up, if he could be tricking us all. It would be the ultimate mafia win for him to get away with playing so lazily. I am a bit suspicious on the fact that he is playing so lazily like he doesn't care, but he has voted every lynch (like he brought up). I am not sure that voting every lynch but being so distant in the thread is a good look.

Lunalee - still unsure of this chick. If she was is telling the truth about why she was not participating at one point and how she finally had time to get involved, then the rest of her behavior looks pretty civ.

Spacedaisy - worries me as being what you all call a "deep wolf". She is a pretty sneaky on, imo.

speedchuck - I am thinking civ. I feel like I don't know much more about him now than I did when he was hyped up on medication.

I'm leaning civ on Kites right now because I've liked some of his recent posts. I'll retrieve one or two that I liked/

Spacedaisy would be my tinfoil suspicion right now because she hasn't been around much and didn't have any suspects when she was on last night.

Jay/dunya - really hard for me to judge these two. dunya would laugh if there were a mafia stump in the game and I would die laughing if both of them were bad together.

Luna/speed - I'm leaning civ on both right now. I feel better about speed than Luna though.

I said why I put y'all together...and it isn't b/c I think you are teammates. And the hot potato as you call it was just trying to save my own ass. Plus, I did mention earlier I thought DDL could have been a deep wolf

I am not thinking that way about LC ftr, I'm kinda debunking the theory. It would make sense if Jack was alive instead of LC imo.

I don't know. I think they have more roles to be worried about. Also LyLo isn't that far out if there are 3 remaining mafiosos so that's troubling too.

Right now I trust Juliets and I think Jay. Anyone else is a question mark to me. I’m finishing up an episode of Stargate Universe and then going to do some ISOs.

I’m unsure how I feel about the Speed/Luna stuff, but I haven’t seen any inconsistencies with Luna’s claims and there is no reason a mafia would have a lie detector so I think if one of them is lying it’s probably Speed. But I also feel like Speed has genuinely been trying to come up with strategies to help the civs clear people out of the PoE.

I would put them as tentative Town reads.

Long Con basically handed us Jack. Unless it was a ballsy strategy to make him deep wolf, I would put him as a tentative town read as well.

I can’t imagine there being three left. My bet’s on two.

At least of those three in my PoE is bad imo, if not two.

I’ll try and read dunya but let me tell you my gut is on good at the moment, but it is only gut and I know that. She hasn’t done anything I think could conclusively clear her. And she’s even done things that look objectively bad probably, like he treatment of and interactions with Mac. But my gut still feel s like she’s genuine so I’m having a hard time deciding on her.

You mean Mac’s I assume. And yeah that was what I meant about her interactions with him. He town read her. She always seemed to be suspicious of him but never really went anywhere with it. That concerns me. I need to read her though. Because even civs can be in that position. I don’t know if she has pocketed me up to now or if my gut has reason to say Town...

Also, if I’m honest, Mata’s Treatment of her given her role doesn’t look good. You would expect a person with info to put themselves but Mata is from the old school mafia approach where outing yourself was a strict no no. I’m not convinced she would have been that forthcoming. But again, I don’t know what Mata was up to so I can’t say with confidence she had any information on her.

Yeah I don't think mata was one to say "I saw dunya/elo/whoever visit nova on the night he died". That's not the mata I remember playing with, and I don't think she's played enough games where claiming is a thing to be comfortable with it. That's one reason why her percentages for those two bother me.

We've all been railroaded in the past. Lord knows I have. I never like it... I feel like Eloh bringing me up as a candidate after all the tinfoil has been brought to light and examined thoroughly already.... I feel like that's baddie-motivated. The Mafia need to keep finding false reasons to lynch Civs; it's their entire game, really. I think Eloh misjudged how thoroughly I have been accepted (rightly) as Civ, and believes she can make this happennnnnnnnn or is it Luna as the baddie, coming in to support the ideas of a player who hasn't had the thread-commitment to realize that a Long Con lynch isn't the way to go... Luna supporting the (if I may) crazy ideas. An opportunity nurtured?

The whole Luna-speedchuck thing still looks like it could be it. I have a bad taste in my mouth about how last phase ended up, with the oh-so-close-but-not-quite Lie Detect, and GOSHDARNIT speedchuck tried to fix it but voting for nothing doesn't undo your vote and they could have asked the host about that if they were bad... but them bad together, what is that even, with the "she's a rolecop er I mean a lie detector". Baddie teammates don't do that kind of weirdness.

First of all, to LC. I was NOT the one who brought you up as a suspect, it was Kites. Please go back and see. I just agreed that you were smart enough to do such a thing and I wouldn't put it past you. But they made good points on how it could have been Jack if it were the case. I never said anything about you after that sunk in.

which you are. (sorry I keep posting.) You are capable of pulling something like that off and you know it. I understand if it did go down, maybe Jack would have been the obvious choice. But when I read what Kites said, I was like, "yeah, that could have happened." I like to exhaust every option when we get down to this many players. Every thought and every move counts. Anyway...I am done defending that unless you have more questions.

I will discuss a little later this morning when I'm fully awake. A big part of it is my POE has been narrowed down considerably and she is one of the only ones left. I believe I'm looking at a civ Daisy, Kites, speedchuck and Long Con which leaves Elo, dunya and Luna and I made move Luna out of the POE today. She had "lie detector" on her role card and I just don't see any use for that for a mafia.

This is what my day look like.

10:00 - appointment
11:00 - going to the movies with the fam to celebrate E's birthday and then to froyo
2:30 or so - Home to do two loads of laundry, have another appointment with a customer, make mango avacado salsa, and get everyone (three children and myself) ready for a birthday party later today at sis-in-law's house.
5:30 - leave for party
**won't be home again til after lynch.
I doubt I will have time to come in here in the three hours I am home to defend myself b/c of all the things I have to do before the party.. I have this morning only. And even then, I promised I would make a big family breakfast after I finish my coffee.
I told y'all I would not be able to be here today. I answered everything brought to me and asked if there were anymore concerns so I could address them. And then I did so. What does one do in my position? I don't know.
