Like why would Arete be nervous about a wolf read flipping town? Makes no sense, feels performative.

If you don't get the reasoning, then ask for it. TSP's defenders didn't even give a solid reason as to why he's town, they just said "lol this isn't TSP's scum game lol"

that's why I felt like her coming back at EoD was to defend either wilgy who got wagonned like crap or potentially TSP. I don't know the order of events.

i would absolutely add michelle to that. i feel her focus has been quite narrow too

especially when people that are defending him don't give you anything to work with other than "this is his town meta"

I don't find it likely that a villager would drop their vote just because a bunch of nulls are saying he's town, I would be nervous if like TSP was a PR or something, but she had no reason to question her read there unless it was fake in the first place or she's trying to save someone.

yea. and its even more problematic because like 90% of what arete has done has been focusing on vul and yet i feel like they’re read is basically the same as it was when they started. i would like to see arete branch out more and develop reads on others

Besides, I think her reads on vul was somewhat diplomatic in a way, I mean once they are scum reading him and the other moment, saying this can be town. Considering their confidence of reading vul correctly it is rather um plain? Idk if I'm able to put it in words.

I feel like Arete's EoD is very agenda driven and I'm waiting for thoughts.

ask yourselves, if you're in a position of being a villager, you have no idea why people are town reading someone, does it make sense for you that you'd be "scared" of your scum read flipping town when :

1) Nobody gives you a reason why
2) An hour ago you had no idea why they town read him
3) It's D1 and you only had a scum read for the entire phase

i honestly still haven’t been able to grasp the suspicion surrounding 112. she looks like a villager to me and also very different from her wolf games that i read. i really don’t see anything problematic in her posting and am concerned that people are floating suspicion of her without actually putting it into concrete terms or committing at all

can people who think 112 is scum tell me why you feel that way?

If you're town and you have Arete as town, read EoD again and then come back to this post and try and answer this question and looking at the context (provided in 1, 2, 3 but you can make a picture without my details provided and see if I'm being reasonable about this)

ash has not much more (about 200) and 112 has a bit less (about 150) and yet i feel like both of them, and particularly ash, have done more to impact the game than michelle

The thing is, I would never expect wolf!Michelle to argue with me, cause she is well aware how argumentative I can be, town!Michelle always doubts me but she reads me more or less quickly and correctly. But something in me says that it was on purpose. As if she wanted it.. Idk why I feel this way after the argument but like if we go back to her earliest posts it so feels like she is literally provoking people to scum read her...? Cause I find her scummy from the beginning and town!mich is easy to read and you'll end up town reading her no matter what. I also feel like her scum reading me is kinda strange as well...
