Oh yeah, Arete also doesn't play like a sheep as mafia. They can sheep but they don't just afksheep people left and right.

Why do you question it now? Didn't you lock him as town for it when it happened?

I honestly hate the fact I need to do all the defending for Arete, that's definitely terrible. If it was anyone but Arete, I'd PoE them in a heartbeat and I wouldn't complain about them being in PoE.
But it's Arete.

I see this as a far more appropriate reaction; you suddenly getting town-shaped googly eyes over a pre-sheep was kind of weird.

Arete / Wilgy / Epi / TSP / LC
idk somewhere there
I ~could be completely blindsided by Michelle here, I actually think Poison's earlier case on her looked prettay good but, idk. It's kind of the same thing as you and Arete.
I think Michelle is town, but given her meta shift, she may be purposely trying to fool me or something. I'd put a little more stock on your Arete read than mine just because of that fact.
I don't think she's fooling me because if she got a glimpse for what she thought my scum reads on her were based on, she would've corrected it like...A LOT earlier.

i mean i don’t exactly expect mafia to sub in and immediately just be like “hally owns my vote.” i’d expect epi would want to retain a bit more agency than that if he’s mafia. but im asking anyway

Can the mafia please put down their guns and become town?
And yeah, that seems to be the case. I don't know, I just... think that Michelle has given me plenty of small town pings, which have accumulated into a townread, but it's a townread I can't explain very well.

I feel like this question doesn't really have a good answer. It could be "we're correct and secondguessing ourselves," or it could be "we're all being fooled because we're doubting our suspicions." It's impossible to tell.
What I know is that I find her less scummy than my primary target of the day, so for now, I think this is fine.
