Knowing what hints were tossed out that got picked up by the obliterator would, I think, be good.

I wanted to be attention to the fact that I did not want to be in the pool of people who would be towncore--and therefore given the gambit. So I made this post to bring attention to the fact that even though i was borderline towncore that I thought putting me in towncore was a bad idea because... reasons... I then brought further attention to myself and what I said by using headbutt on Mac for flare

It was an easy misconception to make @Thundercat, and Mac accidentally did that.

I said I was role-blocked and that was true.

However up until now I didn't clarify that I didn't think it was a malicious roleblock; having someone almost-universally town read be role-blocked tends to jump to the conclusion that it was scum-led.

While we’re all saying things, I was roleblocked N1, I was fishing for the oblit D1, got it but for the wrong role (was going for GD) but also got role blocked. Call me arrogant, but I don’t think a civvie would of blocked me, at least not day one. This lead me to believe that one of the secret mafia roles is a blocker which is what lead me to believe Martín is probably town since he was blocked the night he was supposed to be GD’d. My guess is mafia was really trying to figure out who GD was but as they’re 3p weren’t actively looking to kill them. It’s also what lead me to believe NIK was bad cuz he said some iffy stuff about potential blockers that sounded off. I called it TMI at the time so you could look for it.

I’m realizing none of what I think happened may of actually happened, I’m playing this now less scientificy more vibefully than I was before but maybe it did who knows.

Someone smart do something with this information please

Here's what it says in Alison's post:

Here is what the Gambit Demon claims their role does.

1) As stated in the OP, they can select a player to bargain with, and gain BTSC with them.
2) When a player is being bargained with, they may choose at night to gain more power by striking a deal with the demon. This grants them a power role, but comes at a cost.
3) The first time they strike a deal, they gain a roleblock, but their vote is reduced to 0 the next day. This is "tier 1".
4)The second time they strike a deal is "tier 2", giving them the ability to swap places with another player (ie. a Bus Driver ability), at the cost of having all abilities directed at the Gambit Demon redirect to them instead.
5) The third time is "tier 3", and kills them instantly but allows them to either kill or protect any other player.

As far as I know, the Gambit Demon hasn't given me any different information.
