Why are you role outing/hunting on MM? Granted I've not been putting in alot of effort yet, but I didn't see the doc soft claiming you just totally through that out there. Not a fan at all.

no idea whats MM but here is my logic:

i saw marmot post. i think in my head: "wtf, marmot is doc. this is doc post"

i see people scumreading marmot. he mgiht be forced to claim

i say "hey guys i think marmot doc, leave him alone" so he doesnt have to claim, so that, well, duh

if im right and successful then he doen't get yeeted and also doesnt get forced to claim. he could still not be doc, or mafia could listen to me and kill him and he could flip vt

whatever happens i did the correct play trust me

I need to make it clearer for the future and I didn't really do that for this game tbh and just left it in as a single line of text in the setup, which could've easily been skipped over due to its placement.

Also quite a few people have already done that "vote without posting about it" already.

it could also be unintentional soft claim

last game marmot was mafia and he unintentionally openwolved by saying "this might be the best vote ive seen so far" on a vote placed on him, i correctly figured out he was openwolfing and all the previous votes places were on town

so he could just be that innocent and still be doc and not realizing that he's being transparent

Its a host preference, and its dumb if someone has already reached their max post count.
