Rude, Epig, that sounds fun!

Shoot bea and myself a PM on it. If I made a mistake, I'll go ahead and correct it on the main page.Long Con wrote:I have The Doctor's role decoded a lot, still missing some parts, but definitely see some juicy stuff there. We don't know who the recruiter is, and if anyone can be recruited. Better safe than sorry.
I personally don't see a problem with it. I think that the more info the civvies have, the better.Long Con wrote:I'm going to start posting the Civvie role decodes soon, since no one has a problem with it.
I'll be perfectly honest. Unless bea is able to do a night post tonight, then it isn't going up tonight. I have an evaluation/test with work tomorrow, and I'm spending tonight trying to study for that and finish everything I need to finish for tomorrow. So I know there is no way I'm going to be awake long enough to do a night post. Plus I have to allow myself 2 hours to drive to the store that is hosting it (because it's over 40 miles away and traffic in and around Cincinnati is gridlocked sometimes in the morning).Chris wrote:HOSTS: Is night going to end near midnight EST tonight? Tl;dr: No night post tonight unless bea is able to do it. Otherwise, it won't come until tomorrow evening I'm afraid.

Honestly, I have been majorly busy and have not been keeping up like I wish I could. However, I still think Dana is bad. I've posted my reasons and others have stated theirs as well. I also have this gut ping that Epi is bad (sorry Epi) but have no evidence to back it up b/c he is playing a very civ-like game.juliets wrote:Elochin, have you got any thoughts on the game?

I just saw this on a reread. I am very confidant that MP is a civvie and I even have him pegged as a role. I don't think he is the Master.Chris wrote:The MM lynch was the one that ended early.![]()
If Epig is with MP, that lynch could have been a choice of picking the lesser of the two evils with MP. Or it could have just been a matter of it ending early and screwing up any possible plans.
I highly suggest you all re-read MP with the mind that he could be The Master, and that Roxy and MM were both recruited.
It starts to look very interesting.
Then remember the people vouching for MP or intereacting with MP a lot. LC, Epig, SVS... all people I'd recruit if I was a recruiting Indy killer.
I'm not making a case that he is The Master. I need someone else's view on the possibility. Someone who is not LC, Epig, SVS, or Hedgie please.
I think, in order for MP to be a civ, he can only be one role. And it doesn't make much sense that people would be saying they think he's a civ based on anything role related.
Black Rock, you were targeted. What do you think of the possibility that MP is The Master?
Agreed.Black Rock wrote:I just saw this on a reread. I am very confidant that MP is a civvie and I even have him pegged as a role. I don't think he is the Master.Chris wrote:The MM lynch was the one that ended early.![]()

Three reasons. First, he has a distinct tell when he's bad. Second, his instance that people lynch him? MP doesn't do gambits like that. He wants to prove something. I believe that. Third, I usually suck at decoding those puzzles on the front page, but I decoded three of them enough to cement the idea in my mind.Elohcin wrote:Why do you think MP is civ?Epignosis wrote:Agreed.Black Rock wrote:I just saw this on a reread. Eh, I only did three, and two of those are obvious (though they weren't at first to me when I tried). I was convinced I wouldn't be any good at them but I sat down for a bit and worked some words out. I was proud of myself. Anyway, I don't know what all is in there, and so I would leave that to the judgment of others.Long Con wrote:How do you feel about publicizing them, Epig? I feel confident enough that the baddie team probably has enough of it done already, given the amount of time it took to decode what I did.
"Different" is the only thing that makes sense.Long Con wrote:Ok, here's what I have for The Ood.
If you are targeted by a baddie, there is a fifty percent chance of you entering a ----e---- [different? missing 'e'?] name and redirecting their night action back onto them. This does not include nightkills.
I think this is good for each Civvie to know because maybe someone has targeted someone else and seen it affect a different player... Then that Civvie could say "hey, I trust them, they're the Ood!"
The 'e' is in the correct place. There are no missing letters for that word.Long Con wrote:Ok, here's what I have for The Ood.

I read this as more of a figure of speech for Roxy. I was 100% wrong about Roxy, but I read this as Roxy saying, "OK lynch me, then lynch Epig". I felt it was empty rhetoric to strengthen a "case".Epignosis wrote:Clearly? Then please tell me what she meant. Your entire case against me is built around the notion that I am a role checker or that I am on a team with a role checker. Therefore the only way this statement makes any sense is if you are bad.
She says that if you think I'm civilian then vote for her. She guarantees that after she's dead you will lynch me next.
Now then, if Roxy gets lynched and is civilian, does that provide credence for her claim that I am a role checker or on a team with one? No. For her claim against me to have any merit whatsoever, she has to be bad.
To summarize it:
Roxy: Epignosis has to be a role checker or on a team with a role checker. That's how he knew Enrique was bad. If anyone disagrees with me, then lynch me, and then you'll see that I'm right.
