It's because he doesn't actually care about your level of experience. That whole thing about it being conditional based on your level of experience was something he made up on the spot because he thought it sounded good.

I think anything advances the game as long as you know how to look for things. Seeing as people weren't doing much I figured I could give the thread a false positive and see what I can get from it.

i'm about to go to bed but i'll be around tomorrow to flesh out my reads. my goal for today is probably going to be finding 5-7 people that i can townlock. if i can get a solid towncore today then this game will be a lot easier
