Seems logical, right?Metalmarsh89 wrote:Welcome back MP. I'm gonna go ahead and assume you are civvie.

Clearly not the implication I was going for.... you are also clearly not reading my posts.insertnamehere wrote:Nope, SVS is my teammate in the super-secret second mafia no one knows about. Moving on, I'm not getting a LMS indie type of vibe from Dom, but more of a cold, confused, and angry civvie. We should just wait until the drugs wear off, and then hear what he has to say in a hopefully more coherent manner.
That's a load of crock.birdwithteeth11 wrote:I think that's why I have a hard time reading Dom sometimes. In most games, he comes across to me this way at at least one point in time. Dom, do you feel that the medication you're on is affecting your ability to play or comprehend the game in some ways, or is that a load of crock?

In this case our only real lead is the victim; one of the people who, based on the pre Nutella voting record, HAS to be a civvie. I reread Blooper, and saw no real reason to suspect her. Perhaps you might like to reread her too and see if you see anything there.Mongoose wrote:OMG you don't have to apologize to me!MovingPictures07 wrote:First off, sorry to mongoose I was clearly wrong there! Man I am so glad I don't have to post in haiku form anymore. I bet you all are too.
So vets -- how have you caught indies before?
Are you talking about ninja blooper? Considering bloops was murdered to death by Abramelon, wouldn't she be a civvie? Why would you suspect otherwise?S~V~S wrote:In this case our only real lead is the victim; one of the people who, based on the pre Nutella voting record, HAS to be a civvie. Usually the more vics, the more leads, but I have a feeling that this guy could not kill until the baddies were dead.
Assuming this theory is true, would that consider looking at people who have been trying really hard to hunt baddies, but people we aren't totally sure of?Mongoose wrote:If SVS is right about the indie not being able to kill until the baddies were both dead (or maybe the baddie killer was dead), this would give this indie a serious motivation to become the world's best baddie hunter (and thus look like Mayor Civ).
Okay, thanks for the response. As for your vote, that's...interesting. Mostly because I still feel this thing between you and INH is civ on civ.Dom wrote:That's a load of crock.birdwithteeth11 wrote:I think that's why I have a hard time reading Dom sometimes. It affects my appetite and my sleep patterns. That's it.
INH would like you to believe that I am a complete, incoherent mess that can't post. I'm not.
I meant up to the point where the bad team died out. She was one of 2 people that could not have been on the bad team. I, like Blooper, have been suspicious of the replacements and did a reread of MM. There's really not much there, but this caught my eye. There's unfortunately not much more to go on, but I think MM posts read blendy and trying to hide in plain sight.Metalmarsh89 wrote:I'm sorry for not explaining before. It was just a strong hunch. That sounds exactly like what nutella said, which was the reason I suspected her.birdwithteeth11 wrote:Okay, thanks for the response. As for your vote, that's...interesting. I didn't realize the non-suspicion you were referring to was something that existed before her death (or nutella's). I thought you were saying that you looked her over again today, and didn't suspect her.S~V~S wrote:I meant up to the point where the bad team died out. You have 24 hours to lynch someone. Actually, I am going to a baseball game tomorrow night. You have 48 hours.
No, I was talking about why someone might kill her, since the new killer killed herMetalmarsh89 wrote:I didn't realize the non-suspicion you were referring to was something that existed before her death (or nutella's). What I think INH meant, and I thought it was fairly obvious, was that Abremelin would PLAY the game that way, not that he was ALIGNED that way by the host. The host clearly aligned him as Indy/secret role. But playing the game as a civ would be the best viable way IMO, especially if the theory that Abremelin could not kill until the Mafia was gone is the correct one. It is also possible he chose not to kill to lull the civs and to hide a bit better.Metalmarsh89 wrote:I dunno if I agree. Agreed.S~V~S wrote:It is also possible she was a set up kill, but i doubt it. I think Boogs was a set up kill though. I am OK with my MM vote.

With no other leads, sometimes it helps to try and figure out WHY someone killed a specific victim.
This post specifically is why I voted for you:

I asked people to reread Blooper to see if they could come up with a reason someone might kill her; have you? Do you have any ideas on who might have wanted to kill her?
Okay, I see this quote too in one of SVS' posts. But this is the only other evidence I can find. So is that pretty much it?Metalmarsh89 wrote:I'm sorry for not explaining before. That was the point offered. But I want to know why it is relevant when I was the first vote on nutella? Yes it was a bit of a drive-by (due to my lack of time), but it's not like I was following some trendy bandwagon.birdwithteeth11 wrote:Okay, I see this quote too in one of SVS' posts.
