usually how i'd read thunal in turbos is by the depth of her thought and aggressiveness in pushes. in here, she kind of goes for a push, starts talking about other things and then moves her vote. i don't really see any progression from her on the slot that she's voting at all either. it's kind of like, place the vote down, say why you did it, talk about something else, rinse and repeat. in other games i think there's a touch more investigation going on and relentlessly chasing the read down.

I like Ted's explanation too. And yours, ofc. I tried to express something similar earlier in the round.

I don't know Thunal particularly well, but she made herself obvtown in a recent game that had lots of strong town players unable to sort each other out. Thunal here is missing that spark, as you say.

That's not true at all. In fact, I actually forgot Hyena scumread me. I think Hyena's reaction to suspicion and takes throughout the game seem fake (like it feels like he's making up scumreads to say he has reads), and I don't think this "there's no way people are genuinely suspecting me right now" attitude is towny.

Roles can change alignment when ported from a regular game into a role homage in the Champs game. I think that's part of the fun, really, and I'd be disappointed if it didn't happen at all. That said, it's also great to honour the evil or heroism of a role by keeping it as-is in Champs.

I am not sure if the original role was indeed a scum role, or if that's just something someone made up, as folk do.
