Because we stupid.

I don't even think the little mountains are responsible.
Most civ lynches are usually caused by civs being stupid.

there's so many players that have been close to being lynched and then were saved by CFD's within hours of the end post and even when they were the top suspect the previous day? the next day we just move on to something else. I realise it's only a small part of why people suspect me but I figured I'd just be open about why I've had sub par motivation lately. I'd rather you not read into this as some sort of appeal to emotion, I try to avoid that as much as possible in mafia.

Dad's always had medical issues with one of his legs, over the last few years he's wound up in hospital for months because of infection and other stuff. It's happened again recently in full force and this time there's a chance he might have to have his leg amputated. I've been pretty worried over it all and it kind of killed my interest in a lot of things, not strictly this game.

I don't have the time or inclination to do it now, but there is a consolation to colonialbob being lynched instead of killed: We know his role, and if he played his cards right, he left clues regarding how civilians should be voting moving forward. Look for those clues.

Coming into Day 7 I'm town reading Sloonei and nutella most. I'm also thinking that Eloh and Wilgy are probable town. Iirc 3J drilled them both pretty hard early into his replacement. The latter more, because nobody really suspected Wilgy at the time and bringing him into the spotlight seems unnecessary.

We should look at bob's posts to see if he had any town or scum reads that stick out.

I think more people should look at DDL tomorrow. I believe he and Kyle could be teammates.

With 3 remaining scum and only 2 inactives, I want to consider the tinfoil that the mafia are withholding their kills intentionally for whatever reason. Maybe it's to have us waste lynches on inactives. Right now we aren't in the most dangerous territory mislynch wise and I do think we could entertain a lynch on either sig or INH to test whether the lack of nights kills is part of a plan or a matter of inactivity.

i actually want to look into DDL tomorrow too for basically the exact opposite reason, the way he's been coming at me reminds me of the way baddies kind of language used by baddies to twist stuff to look worse.

Like i know i probably don't actually look that great and players being suspicious of me is completely expected and not a problem, but the way DDL worded his spiel made me feel like he was being a little more dramatic than he needed to be.

E-peak-nosis

One of the most prominent rock formations in the world is El Capitan in Yosemite (see below).

Image

El Capitan is a 3,000+ ft vertical granite wall, featuring two steep faces meeting at the obvious prowl, referred to as "The Nose".

Speaking of epic noses, Epignosis was found dead last night, his peak removed from the rest of his body. Truncated, if you will.

Epignosis has been nightkilled. It is now Day 7. You have 24 hours to lynch a Little Mountain.

Just kidding, K2 cares. K2 cares a lot.

cBob's loss was unfortunate, but there's a silver lining in the fact that we now know he was Elbrus. Now, some of his posts can be viewed in a different light.

cBob must have known he was going to die sooner than later. I'd bet real money that he'd spent his role check powers at some point before his death. In particular I think it would be a good idea to view Quin, DDL, and Doctor Wilgy with extra scrutiny, for now as they were his last three named suspects before his lynch. All three seem like they might have been likely candidates for a role check.

K2 has a very strong gut feeling that DDL is mafia. If DDL isn't mafia K2 will eat K2's own 8,611m tall hat. Please trust K2's gut.

I've been watching him all game and I'm about 90% sure LC is mafia. You can take that to the bank and smoke it.

Keep doing your best, Big Mountains. If you all believe in yourselves as much as I believe in you then there's no way we can lose! <3

Ugh I'm not feeling super confident about anything and would go along with whatever tbh. I'd vote for Sig, I'd vote for Quin, I'd maybe vote for Kyle, heck I'd even vote for Sloonei. LC and DDL I'm less inclined to suspect but I could be wrong.
