Are we lynching at night? Sounds like a reverse Mayor type of role.

If lynching happens during the day, does this mean this player will be off the poll starting day 1? And if so, I guess that clears them?

What's to stop mafia from just killing them N1?
Is this a night action, or does it happen regardless?

Jhorts can block any action that you send in, but it would need to be sent it at night.

Ustrapping overalls is an ancient art that is carefully refined and cultivated. Easter and its periphery might be a good place to start.

Denim suits are very expensive in Finland. The mental institute in question is now euphemized in nomenclature as some sort of park.

There are indeed 4 baddies, who are all one team. All the baddies = mafia and Overalls is part of that team.

Host Announcements

1. I used a template for Game Rules for the last mafia game that finished on TS (as to not reinvent the wheel, and I was too lazy to grab the rules from the archived Felt 1 game). As such, I forgot to remove the number 13 artifact from that template I ripped off. That was entirely my fault and I will state for the record there are 12 civilians in this game.

2. There are four baddies in a team, and the mafia team can kill nightly through Overalls. There's only one baddie team in this game. In the template I used, there were two baddie teams (the Lemony Snicket game), so I just had a moment of panic that I had inadvertently left another artifact mentioning two baddie teams, but looks like we are hunky dory.

3. Last night I alphabetized my player list and inadvertently forgot to add JJJ into the player order. THis was totally my fault and not any indication of anything other than your neighborhood friendly mongoose being on Nyquil when posting. He was just last in my player list because I think he was last to join the game. That's why he was several spaces below my alphabetized list.

4. I've edited my first above to reflect the aforementioned changes in numbers 1 and 3 of this instant post.

5. Super mea culpa y'all! I hate to start out with these little inconsistencies.

This is an excellent question. The right strap can only kill on even nights and the left strap on odd nights, so it's impossible for both straps to be loose at the same night since a night cannot be both even and odd (watch llama have an explanation for how this is possible).

If overalls are killed, how does mafia operate in killing from then on? Does the team inherit the action of killing every night?

This might be important because overalls already looks like it can be potentially tangled up to not kill on a night as an advantage to civs.

Let's say Inigo Montoya is the Denim Shirt. Inigo receives the most lynch votes after all calculations have been made (Designer adds +2 and Skinny subtracts -1). S/he won't die though if it's Day 1-5. This ability is intrinsic and thus is cannot be blocked.

Lynching is during the day. I wrote that weird because I was thinking about the night post announcing the lynch results. Lynches will all be during the day, and as such, I've edited the Denim Shirt role to reflect this.
The question is, is the player actually going to be automatically absent from the poll, or is it a lynch immunity that is uncovered if that person gets the most votes?
The Denim Shirt will not be absent from the poll for the first 5 cycles, unless there's a normal game mechanic that causes him/her to be absent (such as a transparent one like winning an event).
:huh: I think I'm even more confused. If the Denim Shirt is not absent from the poll, then what is the point of that role?

Or are you saying that there will be a transparent event that will affect that role? In which case, is that event a mutually exclusive event for Denim Shirt?
Let's say Inigo Montoya is the Denim Shirt. Inigo receives the most lynch votes after all calculations have been made (Designer adds +2 and Skinny subtracts -1). S/he won't die though if it's Day 1-5. This ability is intrinsic and thus is cannot be blocked.
Ohhhhhhh I understand now. The syntax was throwing me off. It isn't removed from the poll, just immune from being lynched.

That makes much more sense. Sorry about that
