I actually think the idea that jay is off has been overblown and he's been largely fine so far and has given thoughts that appear real enough. Mac has done...not that.

i actually tend more towards the opposite but i've played more with illario and leetic kind of seems to be this archetype of player who i naturally don't mesh well with (the way he sort of pressure votes people to do more, the overall stiff and highly logical tone)

still seems like a town slot though idk

Casslexa can probably do a better job of explaining what he does whenever she has the time but yeah it's not what people are used to normally.

I don't quite agree. I've seen JJJ poor forth massive efforts in games where it wasn't required because of the player list (see Bread Mafia or even Fargo), and I've also seen him warn beforehand that he won't poor effort into the game, only to do so anyway.

Nanook gonna do what Nannook do, and I am inclined to let him do it for a while before passing major judgment. I’ve theories for later.

By the way since I'm townreading SPF, she has a good track of reading Nanook well so I'm fine with sheeping her townread there.

Oh, and there was the PerC Crossover game.

What I really like about this game thread right now is its pace. We’re chugging along at a good, productive rate without blowing it up completely. This kind of pace, if maintained, would be perfect to put up 100 posts at consistent rates instead of just 1-2 hyperbolic bursts. We’ll do our best.

But just because someone isn’t the same as what you’re used to doesn’t make them mafia. I’m not going to hard defend jjj, especially since he’s nothing more than null to me, it’s just that given what happened last game we all played together and other points mentioned thus far I can understand why he would be taking the approach he has so far if he’s town.

Well in JJJ's case he hasn't randed wolf in like 5 years, so it can maybe sort of apply here.

Also, I believe JJJ said he would take a hands-off approach after he received a bunch of pressure.

i feel like your takes are just very close to other takes / the differences are minor because minor differences are easy to come up with / your nutella read feels like TMI because of the generic tonal reasons of "looks comfy and refreshed," when my reasons (and i think the better reasons) include depth of thought
