Hedge, I tend to think everyone should do whatever they think suits them best. I wouldn't announce mine, but if someone else does, I don't think it means they are bad. They might even be misleading the baddies.
What did Jigsaw mean when he said he was successful with his level choice?

I can understand that choice. I just haven't decided what I think is the most helpful yet.
Jiggy picked level 2 and that's where we found Dr. Fetus. I believe INH actually picked level two that same night.

Devin, I either sounded my usual unclear self, or you misunderstood me. I don't advocate doubling up or not doubling up; I just thought it was kind of odd that not doubling up was encouraged, but a few did it anyway. Or said they did, it could have just been a cover up to trick dr f. I don't really know. But it struck me because it also was a good way for dr f to avoid detection. If dr f chose a square, and one of his teammates chose the same square, it would be unlikely that a third player would also choose that square.
Anyway, it's just one of those little things that struck me as I was reading through. And it could mean nothing. I'll probably have to read through again for the game to sink in a little better.
Sorry! I skimmed again, caught that phrase/sentence, and ran with my assumption of what you said. Today has been super hectic for me. Actually this whole week and last week have been really crazy for me. And most of this should probably be in green. Oh well, you catch my drift. And understand what you said now.

I'm honestly not seeing any real direction here. I'm not sure which way I'll be going just yet.
For now, I do believe in announcing my level. I assume Dr. Unbornbaby hides Bandage Girl before we make our selections so, if we randomize our picks, what the hell can the Mafia team do with that information.
I randomly choose 13. Just sos ya kno.

Night 2: Mongoose Blues
Mongoose has been killed by C.H.A.D.
Dr. Fetus was not found. The players remain in Chapter 2: The Hospital.
It is now Day 3. You have 24 hours to lynch a villain!

The poll ends at a weird time, so I highly doubt I will be able to post the Day 3 post immediately after the poll ends. Presumably (hopefully) I will be feeling at least somewhat better and will be back to work tomorrow, and if that is the case, I will get to the post during my lunch period.
That said, when the poll ends, voting closes, as usual.

I really think we ought to all agree on one people to lynch and pile the votes. I think that is the best way in this particular game. I'm okay for a hedge vote if everyone else is on board.

Yes, quite convenient. Could be a sign that she is running very low on lives. Butt before I jump to conclusions, I think it's fair to ask: Hedgie, do you know why you are not on the poll today? Your teammates are free to provide an answer as well.
Also, Devin and Jiggy, what's the deal with the two of you?

Welcome back Epi and RIP Mongoose I liked your posts.
Someone asked what I thought of announcing which levels we were going to search and I'd already said it didn't seem to make much sense on my initial read through. But I'm wondering now if I made the correct decision....if announcing our levels can't change the baddies actions then perhaps it is better to co-ordinate them in the thread, and decide whether to double up etc.
Only thing is there doesn't seem to be any co-ordination, this was mentioned before and everyone apart from a few seemed to do what they preferred without discussing it so maybe it'll fail whatever the decision is.
As for today's vote I've no idea, there doesn't seem a lot to go on. I don't quite see the suspicion on Hedge so if someone wants to recap that for me that would be great.

The problem with coordination is that the vote takes place privately, so it's impossible to tell who's lying about where they chose to look and it's next to impossible to get cooperation out of everyone in any case.

This makes no sense to me. There are three factions. One faction knows its members, so you presumably wouldn't want to look like a villain. If you don't want to look like a civilian, then do you mean that you want people to believe you're the turd?
Hedgeowl wrote:
Bwt's vote for him gives me pause. Of course this game is interesting in that baddies can in fact vote for each other without fear of killing them. I think Nev's theory is sound and we do actually have to start lynching people to get info. However, it's frankly more fun when everyone is still here, so not sure I really want to do this yet.
The situation is worse, actually: The Fetusites are free to vote for Dr. Fetus as much as they wish, since he is invulnerable until Chapter 6. For that reason, it is of nearly equal importance that we find the Doc successfully each Night. This means a hero successfully choosing the correct number. I think the question about whether or not to make the searches public is our biggest clues for finding out the Fetusites.
Which is why statements like this really bother me:
Mister Rearranger wrote:RIP Mongoose and lame that we're still in the Hospital.

It means I don't want to be killed because I'm "obviously" a civ, and it makes no sense to assume a player is civ anyway.

He reacted very strongly against my initial plan without really offering logical reasons like Nev did, which I found suspicious. Then he votes for me immediately after saying this about me:
insertnamehere wrote:
If he's a baddie, he's the worst fucking baddie
SO he basically admits he doesn't think I'm bad and yet votes for me anyway?
Then, when I call him out, he suddenly vanishes. My assumption is that he hopes I will forget about him, but I have not.

ture, but a player is in control of the level they search (as far as I'm aware), so choosing a different level each night seems to me to be the most a player can do.

I know him personally and this is our first game together, so part of me thinks he's a civ and just WANTS me to turn out to be a baddie.
