CASE FILE: The Halvøsen Ridge Incident- Losing Time
Contemporary Notes: After Gunnar Kleppel left to (as I suspect) retrieve warm clothes and inspect the camp site for safety, more time passed. In this time, evidence suggests that remaining Tent 2 members of the Halvøsen party continued to attempt to build a fire and warm each other up by taking turns with the few heavier jackets that had been brought down the mountain. By this point, the two remaining Tent one members of the party would have been suffering considerably from hypothermia and likely would have been dead or near dead already had they not been taking turns with warmer garments.
Time was not on their side, however. Unaware of Kleppel's crippling injuries on the mountain above them, the remaining members of the party sat waiting in expectation of Kleppel's return.
JaggedJimmyJay is dead. He was an 'unknown force' and member of the mafia.

Also, I want to point out that the last option in the elimination poll is only to be used by dead players, the host, the game mods, and non-players watching the game. It is NOT to be used by players as a placeholder vote slot or as a way to avoid voting for any other real option in the elimination poll proper.

CASE FILE: The Halvøsen Ridge Incident- Losing Time (ctd)
From the Original Investigation File (translated): The body of Einar Halvøsen was also located up [Mount] Jiehkkevárri from the unsuccessful fire, though not as close to the original campsite as Gunnar Kleppel. Halvøsen’s jacket was also found at the emergency location, which advised rescuers to continue their search of the mountain proper to locate and recover all of the bodies.
Unlike Kleppel, there were no injuries found on Halvøsen beyond exposure damage to his face and neck. His ascent failure suggests that the expedition’s leader succumbed to hypothermia alone.
Contemporary Notes: That Kleppel, Halvøsen, and Bohler were all found at different elevations suggest the slow and agonizing downfall of the entire party. Halvøsen’s corpse was found fifteen meters below Kleppel’s, but also thirty meters to the right. This suggests that, during the time that Halvøsen and his companions waited for Kleppel’s return, the snowstorm made Kleppel’s direct ascent path unmanageable for Halvøsen to recreate.
Despite being an experienced mountaineer, Halvøsen’s body had been racked by allowing others to wear his jacket as an extra layer to prolong their survival while they waited. His selflessness ultimately contributed to his undoing. He was likely already suffering from early-stage hypothermia when he began his ascent and became the mountain’s next victim mid-climb.
Marmot is dead. He was a member of the Halvøsen hiking party and a civilian.

Besides I think anyone unvoting (even though it wasnt technically allowed) to not allow JJJ a snipe tie is clean. [Just imagine I voted marmot or someone else with no votes sorry Gman didnt know it wasnt allowed] I have to change my posion on nate because he was trying to clear JJJ so its Boq and Lucy at the moment I am good on.

Jay locked the thread at the deadline exactly. Therefore Jay was online at the deadline.
Jay was holding his vote and there were two 2-vote wagons. Jay could have sniped either of them at the last minute and forced a tie to make us nokill, which is equivalent to a misexe in this game state (as we would be in F8 with 3 mafia alive, which forces us to sleep again, giving mafia two townies dead).
Jay was not posting for the last parts of EOD.
It follows that Jay was pretending to be afk and going for the last second snipe tie. Lucy and Rondo both denied him this by unvoting their 2-vote wagons at the very last second, which directly sabotaged Jay's attempt to save himself and gave town a free kill on a mafia.
Creature is also cleared for stacking on Jay and ensuring his wagon was three votes instead of two. He could have easily remained afk but popped in at 20 minutes to EOD to seal the deal.

I can't remember Jay's stance on finger. I was pushing finger until Dizzy showed me the finger "sense of smug superiority" post, which struck me as townie enough that I gave finger a pass for that day (D3). The following day (D4), I didn't push her at all, because I wasn't going anywhere other than Jay after the D3 EOD.

Was directly responsible for a 2-vote Alison wagon that would have allowed Jay to force a tie if lucy hadn't called it out at the last second. It doesn't feel like JJJ was bussing this game. So I'd say the players he put a significant effort to push are more likely town (I don't remember who he pushed though).
On the other hand, I'm suspicious of the players JJJ townread for lame reasons. Boq and Nate are two names I have in mind.

I don't have time to do a thorough ISO of Jay right now. I will do it either later today or tomorrow. I will likely be focusing on Days 1, 2 and to a lesser extent 3. Jay was most likely in anti-spew on Day 4, given his sparse posting then and the fact that he had a massive wagon on him out the gate.
