Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 1]
Cool. Not much to catch up on. I see MM and LC want to join me in voting low posters.
How about sprityo? I've played with him before and my initial impression of him this game is...safe. Not really getting into anything thick.

This is a weird post by Soneji. I read it as nacho hoping Epi was as good a scum as he was making himself out to be, since it makes the game more fun.insertnamehere wrote:I assume he hopes that Epi is bad at being scum, in case he has to play against a scum Epi. A random roll of the low posters gets Lorab.
If I rejected your suggestion of Spirityo right now and voted Lorab, what would you think of that?

That's not a vote I'd oppose. I don't feel fantastic about how he managed to read through everything that had happened and come to the conclusion that none of the content he read through is valuable.Scotty wrote:I voted sprityo. Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 1]
This is a main post by Sorsha, most of her stuff have been kinda fluffy. However, I'll forgive it since we're only on day 1. My main concern with a DDL lynch is that it could be easy for mafia to job on, however we haven't had much movement at all this phase and not many votes. I think therefore the likely hood of at least a few mafia members being inactive is high. So it might be in our best interest to go the inactive route for day 1.Sorsha wrote:I'm leaning DDL with my vote. The call for a policy lynch/vig kill on snow dog for starters. Then after that the arguing game theory just stands out more to me than anything else anyone else has done.
I'll either be voting for a more inactive player or DDL. I need to think about it for a few more minutes and review a few things.

Mmm. not a lot there, even within the few posts he has. Ok, sorry sprityo, but it's follow this, or kinda randomly go elsewhere. I'm going to just vote sprityo, and basically cross my fingers. I really have no suspicions right now.

I don't think I've seen sufficient genuine content so far to make a judgement to be honest, my friend - and yes, I know I bear some responsibility for that... Of the current wagons, MM's looks the most pure but from my recollection, the poor guy gets lynched early every game I play with himScotty wrote:Why?Glorfindel wrote:Am I allowed to vote 'We Didn't Start The Fire'? Who would you like to vote for, grand elf?

I've been told I'm honest to a fault. Yet another example here.Spacedaisy wrote:MM:I narrowed my pool of suspects down and then went with my gut. What can I say? Maybe it's because you mafia and drive...

The list of players who haven't voted yet is still incredibly long.

How is my wagon pure? Zebra didn't read my posts properly and I don't even know why Daisy is voting for me (aside from gut).Glorfindel wrote:I don't think I've seen sufficient genuine content so far to make a judgement to be honest, my friend - and yes, I know I bear some responsibility for that... If you joined it, it would be pure. But I don't want that.

LOL, MM I was only kidding about the mafia and driving thing. That had no bearing.

Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 1]
I don't really know who I want to vote for at this point, I'd be fine with a DDL or a spirtyo lynch, I can see the gut ping on MM, but out of the three I think DDL is my number one pick. Him trying to cast suspicion on me for wanting to lynch the cult leader is weird, plus I really disliked his vote and interaction with Snow Dog.
I need to go, my cousin and his family are coming over tomorrow and I should have been asleep like two hours ago.

Re: A Mafia of Unfortunate Events [DAY 1]
1) If I randomize the whole field, my statement applies. Lorab has 2 votes, Spirit has 2 votes and DDL has 2 votes and I like DDL best of the three, it is in my interest to vote one of the two non DDL players. Yes, it would be better to make a real decision but even with dice, I'd want to be the determiner in that situation, at least partially.Metalmarsh89 wrote:1) That's not the impression I got from your original post. If you're not the determiner, you might as well not vote.
If you are the determiner....you want to determine who should die randomly?
Now you're randomizing a low poster.
What changed your mind?
1) My pool is shortened significantly
2) I haven't voted. I've asked Scotty for his opinion on switching from one player within the pool that he (a potential scummer) chose and a player chosen at random.
2) This is true. So why would you randomize LoRab instead of looking at sprityo? Or all low posters for that matter?
Linki: Hey!
2) I'm not a random number generator. By my watch, there wasn't much time to dig up 6 different player's posts on a site I don't know how to use well. I'd rather have heard from Scotty in this specific situation.

I mean that I feel very confident in Daisy and Zebs being Town. That doesn't mean I necessarily agree with them however. I'm not voting for you right now.Metalmarsh89 wrote:How is my wagon pure? I voted sprityo to break the tie between him and DDL. I didn't get a chance to look at sprityo, nor DDL for that matter. But y'all left me to break a tie, so
Here's a list of players who missed the vote (including sprityo).

I would like to point out (for the record) my friend that I did not 'miss' the vote. I deliberately withheld mine. I was faced with a choice between two players of which I was unwilling to support either.Metalmarsh89 wrote:I voted sprityo to break the tie between him and DDL.
