Cool. Not much to catch up on. I see MM and LC want to join me in voting low posters.

How about sprityo? I've played with him before and my initial impression of him this game is...safe. Not really getting into anything thick.

Saying I'm not a baddie, but would do such and such no matter what alignment I am. It is mainly a gut ping I thought was worth pointing out.

His first instinct was that I was bad in that game, he just wasn't as concerned about me because that was not his objective.

Linki @ Scotty: I could get behind a sprityo vote. Or I could stick with an MM vote.

Why exactly would you wish this, if you were town? You can like a challenge but in the end its a competition where you want to emerge victorious, there is no well-wishing to be had.
I assume he hopes that Epi is bad at being scum, in case he has to play against a scum Epi. Not a super sincere case of well-wishing.
This is a weird post by Soneji. I read it as nacho hoping Epi was as good a scum as he was making himself out to be, since it makes the game more fun.

That's not a vote I'd oppose. I don't feel fantastic about how he managed to read through everything that had happened and come to the conclusion that none of the content he read through is valuable.

This is a main post by Sorsha, most of her stuff have been kinda fluffy. However, I'll forgive it since we're only on day 1. My main concern with a DDL lynch is that it could be easy for mafia to job on, however we haven't had much movement at all this phase and not many votes. I think therefore the likely hood of at least a few mafia members being inactive is high. So it might be in our best interest to go the inactive route for day 1.

I'll either be voting for a more inactive player or DDL. I need to think about it for a few more minutes and review a few things.

Two big differences between what I criticized and what I'm doing.

1) My pool is shortened significantly

2) I haven't voted. I've asked Scotty for his opinion on switching from one player within the pool that he (a potential scummer) chose and a player chosen at random.

I don't really know who I want to vote for at this point, I'd be fine with a DDL or a spirtyo lynch, I can see the gut ping on MM, but out of the three I think DDL is my number one pick. Him trying to cast suspicion on me for wanting to lynch the cult leader is weird, plus I really disliked his vote and interaction with Snow Dog.

1) If I randomize the whole field, my statement applies. Lorab has 2 votes, Spirit has 2 votes and DDL has 2 votes and I like DDL best of the three, it is in my interest to vote one of the two non DDL players. Yes, it would be better to make a real decision but even with dice, I'd want to be the determiner in that situation, at least partially.

2) I'm not a random number generator. By my watch, there wasn't much time to dig up 6 different player's posts on a site I don't know how to use well. I'd rather have heard from Scotty in this specific situation.

Why?
Who would you like to vote for, grand elf?
I don't think I've seen sufficient genuine content so far to make a judgement to be honest, my friend - and yes, I know I bear some responsibility for that... Of the current wagons, MM's looks the most pure but from my recollection, the poor guy gets lynched early every game I play with him :(
How is my wagon pure? Zebra didn't read my posts properly and I don't even know why Daisy is voting for me (aside from gut).

If you joined it, it would be pure. But I don't want that.
I mean that I feel very confident in Daisy and Zebs being Town. That doesn't mean I necessarily agree with them however. I'm not voting for you right now.
Looks like you didn't vote for anyone right now. Who would you have voted if you were required to place a vote today?

Here's a list of players who missed the vote (including sprityo).
  • Dom
    DrWilgy
    Elohcin
    Epignosis
    Glorfindel
    LoRab
    Marco
    Nachomamma8
    soup
    sprityo
I would like to point out (for the record) my friend that I did not 'miss' the vote. I deliberately withheld mine. I was faced with a choice between two players of which I was unwilling to support either.
