my townread on him is that nobody seemed interested in pushing there. which gave me an impression scum wasnt into going that way.

It feels like the kind of weird mindset post that comes from >rand town. Like mafia already know everyone's alignment. They know exactly who's posted and what their alignments are. It feels like the sort of random thoughts that town sometimes has that are hard to think of when you're mafia.

Maybe. However, it still feels like the post doesn’t achieve too much.

As a town, what’s your mindset when making that post? Like, are you asking anyone about their reads? Do you have everyone as town and you want to start a conversation on who’s what alignment? It’s not really doing much. Got a massive “keeping the appearances” vibe, but it’s not anything too strong.

I guess it could be that a wolf doesn’t usually post that but I’m looking more in the context of almost everyone having posted as well as what she was trying to convey by making that post.

Tbf, I think you’re entering a sort of “tell”, MSy type of hunting by doing this. She could’ve picked on this post as something that villagers like for an opening offsite, and used it here. But if you try and pick it apart in context...does she actually believe that everyone was town at the time of making that post? No scum leans at all?

It’s because Tony was happy to suspect people and cast shade on them, but wasn’t willing to actually back it up with a vote. Like from reputation I know sloonei and nutella are fairly experienced players, so it’d probably be hard to get either banished d1. Nanook is a really easy, random, low-commitment vote. Who’s gonna defend someone with low thread presence that hasn’t really gotten “serious” about solving yet? Like in a vacuum I don’t think someone voting Nanook is necessarily scummie, but it doesn’t really fit with the mindset Tony’s shown so far.

Knowing Nanook and knowing that Tony knows Nanook I don't think this is the case. In a vacuum/coming from an outsider this is potentially good insight though.

I have no ready on Tony really. But I don't think he expects Nanook to be an easy miselim.
