i caught both Mac and carotte lying. unless something really crazy happened. i'm kinda proud of myself, but i think i'm overreaching there and i'm gonna be disappointed by at least one of them so i won't get ahead of myself until i get confirmation on a couple of grey areas. waiting for confirmation

ok, so the carrotte lie isn't really a lie and i can feel better that she's town now. n3, when she claimed to have checked macdougall, a member of her tri was killed (KZA). usually that means half your glory disappears. but it was confirmed her action would go through n3 and she'd lose it after. [mention]Carotenoid[/mention] were you buffed by someone? epi confirmed when someone gives us sols or stats, we are alerted. if you were, can you tell me which night?

macdougall only managed to get enough glory on n3 despite having 2 alive members in his tri until yesterday? do we actually believe that? that's 15 sols he had earned by that point. he has 1.0 on night 3, if his claim is to be believed. tony is mislynched, bringing the total sols he can earn in one phase to 2. macdougall loses half his glory at the end of the day phase going into night 4 because of tony's demise so he's at 0.5 glory. he needs 0.5 glory which costs...well 0.4 glory costs 9sols and 0.1 glory costs 3 sols so if i'm doing the math right, that's a lie. he doesn't have enough glory to check anyone therefore his red claim is BS. and i also don't believe he didn't have enough glory before n3 to use his action in the first place. he's an "alignment cop" that's the only thing he should have been wasting his sols on so i don't believe him saying otherwise like "oh i buffed up my presence" -- come on.

i guess i'm more sensitive towards someone town reading me when i'm being suspected, especially when you don't have a ton of experience with town dunya (or mafia dunya) despite us being in loads of games together lol. you're not my biggest worry to sort out either way, but it's a thought i can't help having at some points itt.

I’ll have to run through your numbers but looks fine on surface? If Mac is lying maybe should’ve waited to see who he red checked but not a big deal. Lemme run through numbers and see if this is solid or if I can break it. As in typing this I think I can break it maybe, we’ll see

So if he started at .4 glory....N1 he has 3 sol, buys a +.1 and is at .5...N2 he’s at 6 sol, buys a +.2 and is at 1 sol .7 glory...N3 he has 7 sol, buys a +.3, is at 1 glory. He could start as high as .6 glory and have this be true.

So yeah, I’d say it’s feasible it took until N3 for him to get a check off. Sorry!

If he started at .6 he could conceivably have been able to buy talismans to get back to 1, I think. I’m just working over that now lol, but I think it’s possible if he started at .6
