Wait so you're taking the advice of a party that knows nothing but gut read? Or are you implying that you think Black Rock is Edith?

Either way, that's a quick turn around for someone that has been clinging to petty votes thus far.

I'm taking the advice of a party that is not a killer. That is a reasonable thing to do.

I hope Mrs. Hughes knows what she is doing. Because if so, that makes me feel better about Epi for the time being.

She also said the same thing about you. So it is odd your going to lynch LC. :ponder:
It isn't odd at all. I'm not going to lynch my damn self, now am I?
But, it can easily be turned on you as well. Especially since she spends more time talking about you then LC. Also it seems strange for you to blindly follow an unknown civ who has no additional information.

For those who have played more with Epi, does he usually do this when there is a messenger role?
If you think I'm voting Long Con because of what Edith said, you are mistaken.
You did just kind off say that is what you were doing though.

Why then are you voting for LC also what do you think of Silver being killed?

I don't like how you are handling yourself this game. Hollow promises to catch up (x3), not catching up, and "random" voting between the 3 trains. This doesn't spell confidence, Matt.

Long Con was my second place going into Day 2. If Black Rock is off the table, then my vote (for now) goes there. It has nothing to do with Edith.

I don't think anything of Silverwolf being killed. Nobody ever thinks anything when Epignosis is killed. :meany:

Hmm...what are you implying here? Purely speculation, but you're obviously not being forced because that was BWT's role.
Would you recommend other people voting him today? When you decide to get that crumpet out of your mouth, let us know whatcha thinkin

This was posted before the lynch result. How do you know you were not reading him right, when you didn't know his alignment?

Or did you know his alignment after all? :ponder:
No idea on his alignment before the lynch. I was stating I have never read him right, I was all over the place on his alignment as I read through the thread. So yeah, this game is right on track for me. Huzzah.

Also, what name did you call me? :goofp:
How did you know if you read him right though?

I don't consider any game relevant conversation pointless. It helps me get a real on polo for example. He seems like newbtown. Without talking to him about this, it would be harder to get such a read.

I really don't think this game has been overly active or there's a need to stifle discussion. Right?
I don't think it's stifling discussion-- I think it's asking that Polo comment on on-topic material.
How trifling, this stifling.

How do you read Polo in this moment, based on what he has brought to the table?
Not great.

That is what we did on EST Mafia, and we won.

I share your philosophy of dumping dead weight as we go along, but that doesn't always mean they are bad.

In your last game, you voted me off day 1 (thanks for that) for being different, and the other Mafia (Tito) happened to be inactive. Things don't always go that smoothly, and not everyone is bad that is a low poster. Look at poor Bubbles, who is usually a low poster and good but is often mislynched because of it.

I'm just advising to be wary of heavy posters too. More posts = / = town.

I did not believe ika to be bad because his play is drastically different than in Turf Wars and I don't think he is simply fooling us. I think at least one of the baddies payed Turf Wars and recognized Silverwolf as a legitimate threat because of her instincts in that game. I need to check out the player list to get an idea of who that might narrow it down to for me.

Also, I am wondering if llama has been blackmailed.

Because I believe Ika to be incapable of separating his personal relationships from the game, and I do not believe he would consent to killing Silver night one, if he were part of the mafia team.
ika- Are you incapable of separating your personal relationships from the game?

I don't necessarily suspect ika myself but I'm not just writing it off, if ika is bad and Silver isn't why wouldn't he get rid of her asap before she catches on?

She was spot on at detecting town but died too soon to detect all of the mafiosos.

Sorsha: As a baddie in Turf Wars he repeatedly said he would be demoralized if she was gone and would probably just not do anything. I highly doubt he would kill her right now if he were bad.

Llama: I don't know what to make of that response. It implies you are not blackmailed, but you never say that so it leads me to believe even more you are and just trying to be careful not to say as much or imply as much. That said, please don't take my posts on the topic as towards you, I don't want a straight answer out of you if you have been blackmailed. I am simply putting it out there as a point to consider and perhaps discuss for other players.

Polo: Then we might consider anyone on either player list a possibility.

You're taking Edith's advice for not suspecting Black Rock but you have reasons other than Edith for suspecting Long Con?
Have you caught up yet?
No U. :meany:

I'm going to put a vote on Scotty to start my Day. I just feel like he's buddying me too much for my comfort. I would usually say that I'm paranoid here, but last time I felt this way I said it and I said I was paranoid and I was RIGHT, so here's a couple of examples:

Edith didn't say anything about Long Con, however.
Wait so you're taking the advice of a party that knows nothing but gut read? Or are you implying that you think Black Rock is Edith?

Either way, that's a quick turn around for someone that has been clinging to petty votes thus far.

And there's a couple of other areas where it was "Scotty and LC!" in the same situation or whatever. It just pings me a little.

Not knowing what was Silverwolf's role makes organizing my spreadsheet a lot more difficult.

I see you haven't bubbled in my name on that nifty poll up there, which is perfectly fine with me, ole buddy ole chap! Let's do tea in the back parlour some time! I'll show you my knife collection. ;)

You'll find that roles are not commonly revealed from night kills on this site unless explicitly stated

@HOST
does a NK'd player's night actions still follow through into the next day?
For instance, could silver have silenced ika today?

I think at least one of the baddies payed Turf Wars and recognized Silverwolf as a legitimate threat because of her instincts in that game. I need to check out the player list to get an idea of who that might narrow it down to for me.

Also, I am wondering if llama has been blackmailed.

Has ika been in here yet?
I would tell you whether I've been blackmailed or not, but I don't want the lie detector to waste a night power on me.

Hmmmm....there seems to be an assumption that Silver was civ....but that's not necessarily the case. Carson has a redirect. So, while it's likely that Silver was civ, it's not a definite.

I suppose it's possible. But for that to happen at such an early stage in the games seems like a reach to me. But stranger things have happened.

I see three scenarios here.

1. Ika is mafia and killed Silver before she could get a strong read on him.
2. Someone killed Silver to frame Ika, this points to an experienced mafia member.
3. Silver mainly talked about DF, Epi, and LC around the time of her death and EOD. One of them is mafia and killed her.

Silver was a civ read for me, Im sad to see her go.

Feeling a lot better about Ika now. He wouldn´t kill his only "anchor" this game, unless he wants us to get caught in WIFOM. Its a possibility that he is mafia, but Im willing to believe Ika really is civ.

Lllama why are you suspicious of me? I would like to know :evileye:

Regardless, I think Nero should be lynched on grounds that he's my partner, your partner, Enrique's partner, the Joker, the Riddler, the Gingerbread Man, and Toto.

How come? The only really inactive player I see is Bubbles, everyone else has been more or less contributing.

Sig you're not acting as scummy as I usually remember you acting. Should I be worried?
