Not really. Most of the powers I've seen out of civs are strictly positive or money redistributing.

What do you mean? Effects are taken off me and put on who I target. Banishment resolves last.

im very sick and im going to rest. ive not tried to do anything with my actions since n1. I didnt understand how to get more power. none of it made sense. I tried to use my ability on kza n1 since he was on a vanity and got told I lacked enough power to do it.

I was not clear on how to get power or if I had to elim ppl but I just decided to not give a shit and play as if I was vt.
