if it's town then you can probably just claim straight up because you can't get soupkilled. Maybe a 3P who wins alone after collecting everyone's roles but eh. I'm not playing around 3P in a multiball game.

ok look if I get soupkilled then you should assume that the troopers are all town (until given reason to believe otherwise) and that the soupkill was meant to stop massclaiming from happening. if I don't get soupkilled then maybe there's a baddie in the troopers and we'll play it safe.
