Perhaps the poisoner themselves can also heal. Perhaps the Mafia have one. Perhaps a back up became one. Perhaps there is a JOAT... many possibilities.

Mostly because of the game's theme. It's all about people going on dates, and two communities meeting and crossing streams. In that context having duplicate roles make sense. If I was hosting a game like this I would probably have mechanics that make special things happen if two people in the same role go on a date. Or I would set up couples, one from perc and one from syndicate, who share a role and possibly BTSC.

The point is that the game's theme is suggestive of duos. But not of triplets.
