Enrique felt a constant thrill at the new life that surged within him. Since his resurrection, his priorities had been focused like never before. The true flow of the Lifeforce was everywhere; he could feel it now in everything. As he leapt through the waves, he relished the rush of the currents he broke through, and tasted every salty drop of spray as he soared through the air. He knew he had been brought back for a reason, and enrique was full of shining optimism and confidence that he would fulfil his destiny.

He couldn't have known that his feelings, his beliefs, were inconsequential, by this time. Not only was the Realm crumbling physically, but the intangible threads that guided the fates of all the Realm's inhabitants were fraying and snapping at an alarming rate. Enrique's destiny twisted and soured before it could even blossom, as a skillfully-thrown harpoon flew from the shore and pierced his stomach in midair. As he hit the water, the force tugged the barbed weapon free, spilling his guts out into the water.

As enrique writhed and twisted in agony, he could feel his shark brothers and sisters beginning to close in around him, attracted from miles away by the scent of his blood. Deep within his mind, he grinned grimly and nodded, understanding that what came next was one of the most beautiful and sacred rituals of his people. The sharks closed in, ripping and tearing at enrique, whose agony doubled.

Just then, a rift opened beneath the water, crackling with purple energy, creating a deep and irresistable vortex, sucking enrique, the sharks, and everything else in the vicinity into a bottomless whirlpool. As he disappeared from the Realm forever, enrique thought, "What is happening to this world?!"

Not too bad DH how are you? I had a dream that you made a post saying you were new to mafia and that's why you wanted all the chaos to see what could happen and I was like "??????? we played together years ago" but now that I am awake I realize that didn't actually ever happen.

You tried to help me get my guy yesterday so whatever you like. Obviously my preference is Epi but I live by the grace of others atm so I don't feel that I am in a position to dictate.

I will have to see what Quin or Epi want to do.

Ideally we would lynch Bob today because he's my only threat (assuming not everyone votes for me) but I mean, I'm not sure whether the loyalty Quin and yourself have is to me or just to "not civs" and I lean the latter haha. If Bob gets lynched today and Epi gets lynched tomorrow then Jagged Blade wins (and whoever can win with us indies who have achieved a win con barring some unforeseen strangeness). If Epi gets lynched today then Bob might finally end me tonight. If a civ gets lynched today then Bob almost certainly kills me and then wins the game himself.

At this point it honestly feels like DH and Quin hold the balance of power between which Mafia faction will be winning. The game is in your hands gentlemen.

My question to any civs is this: Mac has (so far) been correct about all the information he's dropped. What makes you think that Epi, a guy who has been Hunger/Darkness/whatever the hell, has any interest in a civ win? You already borked yourselves into a corner by not sniping Mac when you had the numbers, and now you need Indie votes and mafia votes to even stand a chance. Why not get Epignosis out of the game now?

Bob is also playing this game as though I am no threat, which if he was simply on his own I am not sure he would be doing. If someone is his teammate at this juncture it's the guy who has a role that has been able to join mafia teams.

I said it a while back but the idea that Epi could join your team early on, royally dunked on himself and fucked that up, and then got the opportunity to join the Corrupt Remnant strikes me as pretty likely.

Like Bob has had the chance to kill me three days in a row and hasn't. I wasted two kills trying to kill him and he didn't even attempt to kill me once (because had he done so I would be dead). He is leaving me (and before yesterday Chuck) alive to hide behind during the day.

I wouldn't be surprised if a civ lynch ends the game in the favour of the Mafia (after they kill me tonight).

I think continuing this game is relient on lynching Bob or Epi.

Unless bob figures he's fucked anyway and is keeping you alive because he doesn't want civs to win.

Maybe though Bob is hardly fucked as long as I am alive, especially given you and Quin are openly voting against the civilian cause now too. There are still those in the game who aren't even sure he is Mafia. He hasn't even been remotely close to being lynched. After today if I am not lynched and he is not lynched the sub game will be Mac trying to outrun Bob at night (fortunately I have a good role for doing that).

I outed an entire mafia team for the civilians knowing full well one of them would "out" me as the Hunger, but also knowing that nobody would be affected by either darkness or hunger in the future, which clearly has not happened since nobody else but Mac (who is bad) is bitching about anything bad happening to them.

I think it's obvious what side I'm playing for.
