We spent essentially the whole day phase deciding as a group whether to lynch you or Boomslang. Towards the end, the momentum moved in your direction. I think the case against you was a truly strong one so I can't immediately fault anyone for voting for you. When I look at the tally and try to find opportunists, I think the most likely candidates on your wagon are Elohcin (Serge) and chaindeath. A decent argument could be made against Quin and Dom too.

Exactly. I look forward to you reading back and seeing what you think TH, but I do think that looking at BR will be a waste of time. Most of the votes were well reasoned and sound, imo - and again, I felt more sure about this vote than Fuzz's. The ones I am most curious about are those who were basically absent, or hadn't been talking about TH... but just came on this wagon and voted him anyway. At the same time, some scum likely voted elsewhere (obviously), so I do want to look over the vote tally again.
With that said, I feel like I am doing a shit job sniffing out scum this game, so I am not sure I even trust myself to look over things or do re-reads.

Remaining names who haven't really shown me that beautiful town spark at any point:
Boomslang
Nerolunar
chaindeath
Elohcin
Soneji
Dom
Some of them (or their predecessors) have had fleeting moments of decency, but none of them have jumped out at me and made me feel anything. Even Quin and sig have at least given me that.
I guess I'll rainbow:
Sloonei
S~V~S
indiglo
Turnip Head
Epignosis
Scotty
Black Rock
thellama73
Quin
sig
soneji
Nerolunar
Dom
Elohcin
chaindeath
Boomslang
Even with all of our setbacks, as long as the town core has not been infiltrated then town will win this game. That means we should be getting these people lynched, and while we wait for results critically assessing those we trust to ensure we haven't left a gaping hole in our collective strategy. The yellow names are the wildcards for me. Quin and sig are very easy to suspect for evidence-based reasons, but I don't think either of their post histories looks like a baddie. I've been wrong before, but every time I try to suspect them I find myself unwilling to commit -- it's a square block in a round peg for me. llama hasn't set off any alarms, but his general approach to this game is very easy to play as any alignment and he shouldn't be given a pass just because he's llama.

Suggestion to the prisoner: Bump llama up to green and Eloh up to yellow.
I get the impression that Eloh is a warm, willing body (aw yeeeeah) who isn't going to be posting cases or blowing minds with revelations. Her vote suggests to me that she's going to follow the crowd and hope for a win. That alone doesn't speak to alignment, but I'm on the side of the fence that says she's aight. I understand if you maintain skepticism, but I'd pull her out of the red.

At this point it's just process of elimination. When I check names off my list and see who's left, Eloh's right there. If I were to get her out of the dog house, I don't know who would take her place. sig is the easiest name to default to I guess.
I don't fault her for just putting a vote down, there's no way she was able to get caught up with this game thoroughly. My only beef is that when I asked her why she opted for the case against Turnip Head, I didn't really receive much of an answer:
Prisoner 509378 wrote:Elohcin wrote:I have voted TH. I think the case on his looks good.

On the flip side,
Dom gave the appearance that he was working out his vote as much as he could before he placed it. I'm not inclined to hand him the key to the city for that though, because if I were a baddie thrust into his position I would certainly try to at least take on the right "form" before tossing my vote onto a mislynch.
So on that front, neither Elohcin nor Dom can win. I don't like the lack of an effort to justify a vote, and I don't like the effort to justify it either. It's a tough scenario.

There is no winning with llama. I made a joke out of a dumb question and he's tunneling on that. I could build a time machine, I suppose, but that might take too long. Either way I think he's going to take that to the very end, and I don't see a point in bothering to defend myself against that tactic.
As for Scotty, I just want to let my actions do the talking. Problem is, my actions are probably what's setting him off the most. As you said, the evidence on me looks horrible, but I am most definitely posting as a civ. I think he should consider that as well.

Questions about this:
#1) I'm not reading 160+ pages of the game to catch up. I'm just not. You wouldn't ever hear from me. Given this, I asked for summaries. I did my best. I listened to your feedback, waited for TH to respond, didn't get one, needed to vote, and did so. What could I have possibly done differently? I don't really understand why you find me suspicious, only that you apparently do. Many people voted TH, and I tried to educate my vote. Why am I criminal for doing so?
#2) Why can't I win?

You're not criminal for doing so. I also never asked you to read the whole thread; I even said that would be a waste of time. I'm saying that your effort to educate yourself doesn't make you look

Because Eloh handled her TH vote quite differently to you and I suspect her too. I'm granting the inconsistency on my part -- you're both suspicious to me regardless of what you've done because of the people you filled in for.

Thanks for the pep talk, P50. I guess right now the wind has kind of been taken out of my sails for the moment. And I'm feeling lost & disoriented, and more than a little frustrated at the low participation from apparent townies (which I understand because I more than get that RL trumps mafia, but I'm still allowed to be frustrated by it).
I'm going to try to not think about the game for just a little while longer (clearly not working, because HEEEEEEEERRRREEE'SSSSS INDI! /Jack Nicholson) and then try to come back with a fresher mind and renewed, positive spirit. The pep talk helped. And I know I'll recharge the batteries and be back all chipper and witty and clever. But your even keeled, factual pep talk was really, really helpful to me, and I appreciate it.

I listened to your feedback, waited for TH to respond, didn't get one, needed to vote, and did so. What could I have possibly done differently? I don't really understand why you find me suspicious, only that you apparently do. Many people voted TH, and I tried to educate my vote. Why am I criminal for doing so?
You're not criminal for doing so. I also never asked you to read the whole thread; I even said that would be a waste of time. I'm saying that your effort to educate yourself doesn't make you look
better. Your predecessor did close to nothing and you're left as a suspect in his place. It's a raw deal, but what can ya do.

Because Eloh handled her TH vote quite differently to you and I suspect her too. I'm granting the inconsistency on my part -- you're both suspicious to me regardless of what you've done because of the people you filled in for.
I think I misunderstood what you meant by "win" I thought you meant the game. You meant figuratively.
I just don't understand why my actions make me
more suspicious.

I don't think we should be content to assume that Turnip Head was not lynched for the obvious reason. There could be a number of possible explanations for yesterday's lack of results.

What would happen if there was a tie?

One of the tied players would be lynched.
