No, that makes no sense. I'm not making the case he's Strax or not Strax, it's not my name on the line here.
If I'm right, will you vote how I want you to vote from here on out?

Of course not. So why ask what you asked?
Don't be so hasty, if he's The Master then I'll be a lot more likely to follow your vote and your logic. Part of my worry was that you were The Master, and if Dom is The Master... looks good for you!

There isn't a secret role we don't know anything about?

I did say it would be tough for Dom to sell. I'm not saying he's it... but that last secret role does exist.

On the contrary, Dom, I thought that this lynch in particular was an invigorating and interesting one, very much what I consider to be good Mafia. I wanted to congratulate everyone on keeping this game very interesting, even if Dom ends up being the White Jacob secret role and it's a big mistake.

One thing, though... Dom's lynch survival is suspicious because there's nothing in the (unclaimed) Civvie roles that explain it. There is also nothing I can see in the Civvie roles that would explain Zeek's 100% knowledge that Dom is The Master. So... that's sort of suspicious for the same reason?

I'm inclined to believe MP's thoughts from yesterday on that. Keys seems pretty upset fingersplints has been passed over on the replacement list. I bet she can't replace in because she was that secret role.

I do think this game really got out of hand in a few different ways, and I'm as much to blame as anyone. I'm actually going to feel kind of bad if it turns out you are the Master at this point because of the lack of deductive reasoning any of us (except Zeek) used to get there.

Also, LC, do you like the idea of the "Jacob" vs "MIB" theory with 2 of the secret roles?

I think there's nothing wrong with a healthy amount of gut being involved in Mafia decisions. Reasoning is also important of course. You need both for Good Mafia. I really just said it was a good lynch because I found it really interesting, and my suspicions changed over the course of it based on what I read, and there were some funny jokes in there too... I had fun!

He tried and failed to recruit Dom. I find that to be an idea worth thinking about.

Let me know if I'm mistaken, but did we clear Zeek of being a Dalek (all dead) or a Cyberman (they killed him)? So, The Recruiter would be a fine possibility for him. Can you imagine if we rezzed The Recruiter?! Wow. Who was responsible for that rez?
Also, LC, do you like the idea of the "Jacob" vs "MIB" theory with 2 of the secret roles?
Nope... I don't think that's how it is. I see it as The Recruiter and The Neutral LMS With Some Power We Don't Know. Or Evil instead of Neutral, but they ain't killing, so  .

The crowd was rattled and unsure of itself as they tried to decide who was bad. The crowd was almost evenly split between Dfaraday and Dom. No one was sure of anything anymore. No one could be sure of anyone or anything anymore. Doubt. Suspicion. Faulty logic lie around every corner. The tables are flipped and flopped then flipped again. Up is becoming Down - Left becoming right.

Finally, despite several doubters, Dom was lead to the gallows. As they began to tie him up, they realized that there was no rope. They looked around when finally they heard a cough.

"Looking for this?" The Doctor asked holding the rope. "You lot are getting bloodthirsty. I'm giving you a time out. Put it to good use and figure out who the traitors are rather than just killing all willy-nilly. And if we could do it with even just the TINIEST of civility it would be greatly appreciated."

No one has been lynched. You have 23 hours to send in anything you need to send in.

I can't help but note how both Dom and Zeek have expressed how much we would regret lynching them, after LC warned everyone not to let a Strax lynch happen..

Well, when Roxy died, zeek was dead. But there are a few in the game who insist/strongly suggest that MR was the unknown Dalek. I thought it was Daisy. So FWIW, it's not looking like he's the unknown Dalek. And besides, the Dalek kill didn't come back.

zeek is not the Dalek, but I'm really starting to think he's the recruiter. But I agree, The Master is the more important role to go after.

Well, unfortunately, if Zeek is The Recruiter and failed to recruit Dom because The Master can't be recruited... then your own information that you can't reveal about why Dom is The Master could easily spring from you being a recruit and having access to the same info Zeek does. Or you being the Recruiter and Zeek being a recruit also works in that scenario... Zeek would be an excellent recruit since we know he's not Cyber or Dalek, and you'd be a good recruit because you're influential and hard to nail down as a baddie.

It might make sense to you, I can see that, however it does have a wild assumption in it. That there is no way I could know what I know, within the known roles. I can tell you that reasoning and logic took me most of the way there, but something else took me the rest.
