Ideally speaking, a wolf would want to influence the thread so its more favorable to them.

i find it hard to believe sloonei's read of me is real and would like to know which of my posts he has read

also, his take on falcon was extremely bad. falcon is obvtown and sloonei hasnt read enough of the thread to know that to the extent of wanting to blend in with it so he think it's somewhere he can push but it's not.

I really don't understand this logic. I thought sprityo said all mafia don't know each others' identities. Also if the Obliterator were the only one that knew, telling the other mafia their teammates instantly outs the Obliterator to them which would be against wincon.

i dont wanna bring in champs reads too much but he was only ever town in his games there so it's not really representative of his skill as wolf alignment and remember how i found him easily in grasslands

Also, I said that assuming the Obliterator knows all the identities... just felt like it would be that way. They could be as in the dark as the rest.

Sheeping generally means following someone else's read.

I don't think it's necessarily indicative of alignment. Like a townie could like someone's thought process and sheep them, or a scum could sheep someone to try and blend in and not take responsibility for a read.

At least in my experience.

Basically

Player A says Player B is town
Player C then says they're sheeping (or agree with) player A, and therefore they also think Player B is town.

Its a metaphor for how sheep are in herds and tend to stay together and etc

I personally find sheeping to be more likely to be towny (especially in setups where scum don't know eachother) since it makes it more likely that they're tying themselves to a town's thoughts and decisions.

However, it could be said that wolves will sheep scum-reads to push miseliminations and etc

idk if there are more nuances to it, I've only played FM for about half a year.
