Civs did really well here. That is a pretty brutal scum team to contend with and there was a period early in the game where they were all cooked.

Of course, the scum team won and for that they get

This is more what I am looking for. The Athenians reinforced and supplied the Ionian revolts.

Five points for wolbre.

I think you'll find it is actually Frank Miller's account most scholars treat as the definitive work on the period

I meant that it's Herodotus's primary claim to fame as opposed to he's the primary authority (in the modern era he definitely is not).

1) Congrats are due to Sloonei, dunya and speed for some of the best scum play I’ve ever been privvy to. Sloonei wriggling out of it when he did especially means I will never trust him again!

2) Kudos to town for lynching me when they did; I still disagree pretty solidly with the rationale, but it worked so it obviously wasn’t that bad. You guys gave us a lot of scares and got closer than I would have liked pretty much the whole game.

3) The next time I have the chance to vote off wagon again, you better BELIEVE I’m doing it, regardless of what team I’m on!

That's one of those things where you'll get lynched as town 5 times before anyone believes it isn't alignment indicative, since it caught you once :p

I had suspicions of Colin and Sloonei during the first cycle (D1, N1), but that was it. I figured you out only way later when you refused to talk about me. My push on Colin was genuine, because I was initially thinking about joining Town lol. It was ironic how it was perceived as bussing after I had sided with Mafia. After his lynch, I had a change of heart about my allegiance and then dropped my read on Sloonei. I had a strong feeling he was my buddy :nicenod:
