Krissy has been decommissioned. She was Mavis.

It is now Night 5. You have 24 hours to send in your PMs.

Night 5

The Sodor Construction Company is working on clearing ground to build houses for a company called the Dharma Initiative. Monty and Max, part of the construction company pack, are devious and troublesome dump truck twins. On the job site they begin to play tricks on the construction workers by hauling bricks where rocks should go and hauling timber where the bricks should go. Miss Jenny becomes cross and she sends Max and Monty back to the shed.
Who should take the place of Max and Monty on this important job?

In the current poll, I chose Oliver the Excavator.
Sometimes you need a bulldozer, but not usually. Most often I think you need someone with a light touch, swift hands, and that knows you need to think before speaking. Excavating takes a certain amount of skill or prowess that a bulldozer need not have.
There were two excavators to choose from, so I picked Oliver over Alfie. Alfie of movie fame is a womanizer and it burns him in the end. I don't want this game to burn in me in the end. Also, Oliver reminds me of (well, yes the cat) Ollivander the Wand Maker. I've never been a wand-maker (but I've played one on TV), but I would guess it necessitates a great deal of finesse and acumen as well.

I'm voting for Jack, because he's the only name in the list that has any experience with the Dharma Initiative.
I wish there were more to read for her history.
Voting wise, she only voted for a decommissioning once, for DP.
Andrew, Mongoose, Snow, DP, and Hedge voted for her on the successful decommissioning -
That's especially solid evidence for DP and Hedge's being civ, since they were the swing votes.
Mongoose and Lizzy (and simon of course) voted for her in the other vote that almost caught her -
that's twice Mongoose has tried to catch her, and Lizzy was a swing vote that time (though only in a 2v2).
The suspect pool is diminishing rapidly :-D

Yep. I'm thinking reywaS, A Person and Dharma most likely...in that order.

Owl - After seeing your comment, I went back through AP's latest and greatest.
Well now that I reread his/her last few posts, I wonder if s/he lucked into them sounding cogent. I misinterpreted them into being coherent speech.

If you reread the other insanified people you may notice that as well. Some of it almost makes sense.

Based on a lack of further suspects rey. It is a shame you have no voting record to refer to, but my gut feeling, and it is a suspicion only, is that you are a diesel.

I couldn't find anything that suspicious in his thread posts, though there was rather a shortage of them.
I'd lean toward people who have voted more first, really -
I don't see a huge advantage to be gained from skipping most of the votes as a baddie.
I mean, I guess diesels can be forgetful too..
but I'd rather do some more analysis of voting and finger-pointing before we convict someone just for being too quiet.
Or you know, have hedge do it ;-)

Hey hey, how are you lot? I'm finally done with pretty much everything thesis related, so now I'm back in the game! W00t! Also, if anyone is interested in power-sharing failure in Cyprus at the beginning of the 60s, you know where to find me. :P
Now back to business.
What is this, I don't even... I can't believe you guys almost lynched me instead of a Diesel.

(which I have successfully pointed out at one point, although I suppose it was more of a lucky guess

).
Anyway, for those who have not voted for or dare I say, even possibly protected the baddie, I'm watching you. (uhm, that'd be just watching, so... let me live? pretty please

)
As for the poll, I have no idea why everyone is going for Jack, but I quite fancy bulldozers me.
(I'm starting to enjoy these smileys quite a bit)

Well, you can go ahead and lynch me....I probably deserve it based on my lack of participation alone....but in doing so you will NOT be lynching a diesel. You will just be getting rid of a civvie late in the game.

We are about blown away down here in Tampa Bay (Tropical Storm Andrea)! I used an umbrella to get to work, but the sideways rain soaked my slacks.
The power's flickering, so just wanted to give you a heads up if I am not as participatory.
Someone brought in big jugs of coffee today from the local bagel place, so everyone here is having a peppy day.
