Before that I never did much baking. I've always been on the creative side though and for my first time I thought I did pretty okay. I fell in love with cake decorating. I never took any formal classes, but I watched a lot of youtube tutorials for making and rolling out fondant, making and using modeling chocolate, etc. . I don't have a house full of cakes like I would have a house full of canvases if I had taken up painting

Blech, no. When I was younger, first married, and had no kids Epi and I would get up really early when we would travel to FL from NC. I used to put a packet of hot chocolate in a cup of coffee so I could stay awake to drive. It was still disgusting and it gave me the jitters. I mainly drink water and watered down 100% juice. You know I am not a drinker of anything strong if straight juice is too strong for me

I think I like them about the same. They are both great on their own. Apples are great for a cake filling or for apple pie and bananas are great for banana nut bread (one of my favorites) and great in smoothies.

Yes. I am a Bible believing follower of Jesus Christ. I believe he is the son of God and that his death on the cross and resurrection secured our place with God (our creator) which was destroyed by our sin. I believe that the Bible should be read with it's culture in mind. For example, I do not believe there are demons who run a muck on this earth. I believe the source of sin is ourselves. I think the people in the Bible and those who wrote the Bible described insanity as demon posession b/c it is what made sense to them. I think God works within the realm of science and not outside of it. After all, he created it.
