I would love to win the election at some point. And I'll try to campaign a bit for it.Turnip Head wrote: ↑Sun Jun 17, 2018 4:07 pm @Lunalee would you like to be president sometime? And do you think you might campaign a tad less obnoxiously than sig has?
I'm looking for a new horse to back. I've got a lot riding on who's in charge round these parts, you see. Both today AND tomorrow AND yesterday

I'm not sure if you're a good politician or a bad one. If you offer the benefit to everyone, it doesn't benefit me.

I don’t like the rationale for voting sig just cos it’s his item.
It’s fine for today because I feel like sig is town. But I’m with epi on this... just because someone campaigns doesn’t mean they should get the win.

And I didn't try to get you lynched day 1.

Who is to say?MacDougall wrote: ↑Sun Jun 17, 2018 5:57 pm Presumably the paradox police will nail him if you are right.
Known townies are also doctor magnets...
And worst case scenario, restricting their hand to kill who they want to isn't a bad thing.
And wouldn't giving sig an item, if he is townie, just put a target on his back? Isn't this whole mechanic inherently target-creating?
I see no reason why they would necessarily go after scotty as opposed to, say, me... I'd guess I'd look more threatening right now.
My job is to help the townies win, not to keep silent about knowledge in the hopes of keeping specific individuals alive.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Or in short - I am inherently anti the idea that you can't put targets on people's backs. It was understandably not done at RM where win cons were usually alive to win. This is not only NOT alive to win, it also had a number of rezz mechanics, so I wouldn't even assume the paradox police could silence their preferred target permanently.
