Thats a hard one; the Minotaur would be more "socially acceptable". Perhaps only marginally so, but Lamia being a child eating demon is pretty awful. On a personal level, I sympathize with the Minotaur more, being the child of a beast and a crazy beast loving Mom myself. And Lamia was not the innocent victim of other peoples lusts, as was the Minotaur. Her lovers wife caught her

So I would say Minotaur.

Hard one. But Dostoyevsky. I found The Brothers & Crime/Punishment more accessible in general. Dostoyevsky seemed more intimate to me than Tolstoy, with the exception of Anna Karenina, which was my intro to the Russians. I struggled through War & Peace several times before I finally finished it.

In general, blue, unless it's a formal document (like a tax return). At work I use four different colors: Black is for paperwork and general use, blue is for grading tests, green is for marking up papers, and red is "You cheated or plagiarized, ya dingus. No credit."
