12 cans of beer, a frozen pizza, a box of cookies and some kind of a pleasantly scented liquid you toss on the stove in the sauna.

Unsweetened almond milk from Fresh Market. This was Friday, so I don't know how I've gone that long without buying anything! I HAVE to buy gas today though.

What's your favourite kind of food when eating out?

Greek! All-time favorite. It's good in groups too because you can easily cater to different food restrictions (omni v. veg, GF kids, carb-watchers, fat-watchers, people wanting to splurge, etc)

Do you have any phobias?

Clinically speaking, no, but you could say I am mildly agorophobic, in that I have a strong aversion to crowds. I love music, but I will very rarely attend a concert primarily for this reason.

What's your best physical feature?

Seriously though, it's probably my nose.

What's your best mental feature?

I have a really obscenely good memory. Not photographic but where if I think back on something you told me, I can remember what we were both wearing, what we were eating and what music was playing on in the background. It freaks people out because they think I am obsessive, but it's just I remember everything in that kind of excruciating detail. Not good when you are easily embarrassed though.

What's the last thing you were embarrassed by?

I can't remember a specific thing, but I feel embarrassed quite often.

What situations are usually the most embarrassing for you?

Sometimes when I get a migraine I can't speak correctly. I lose my thought or forget a simple word. I hate that.

Do you have any recurring pain?

I have knee issues from a gymnastics injury when I was a kid. I do lots of PT and it helps a lot. Loads of lunges and squats.

What does a migraine feel like?

For me migraines usually are a pulsing/pounding/stabbing pain on one side of the head. It often affects the whole side of your head including eye/sinuses/neck/etc. Light is painful, sound is painful, motion is painful. A good amount of the time it causes nausea. I used to vomit from them often, which actually was really relieving. In my experience, they can range from annoying to completely incapacitating. I've had a few that hurt so much I couldn't lay down fully because it hurt too much. Luckily I don't get them often anymore, countless days of high school ended with me puking in the bathroom and trying to make it through the rest of the day.

Why do you think I don't get them as often anymore?

The underlying causes of migraines are unknown. However, they are believed to be related to a mix of environmental and genetic factors. They run in families in about two-thirds of cases and rarely occur due to a single gene defect. A number of psychological conditions are associated including: depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder as are many biological events or triggers.

Could it be because you don't go to school anymore?

It could be, when I was a full time college student I started getting them again.

Do you think I should stop going to school?

Yes.

Quite the contrary. School is where the masses receive their marching orders from the socialist establishment.

I have not. I like minimal tech. Nothing too flashy. I prefer pen and paper to the robot apocalypse.

You should be listening to whatever you like! I can't recommend listening to Scenes from the Louvre enough though. It is rareish but on youtube.

I watched the original show in the 80s. It was always disappointing when they would play too many Glow Worm segments.

Sadly not. For a moment I thought there was a ghost in this cheese but it was just a shadow.

I'm neither haunted nor hallucinating, so no.
