A quick rainbow. There's a lot of gut involved so I intend to check them and adjust based on what I find. I find that I've got a lot of null reads still so I might go through my neutral reads individually at some point. I do have some notes, I guess.

boo - I've said a bit about him in the past few pages. I think he makes a compatible teammate for sprityo, and his own argument against nutella reads phony to me.

I just watched fireworks. Not great ones, because Pennsylvania bans good fireworks. Battery at 3%. I'm going to vote for Fred because he was on my original suss list. I suspect he's probably the indy, though. Check y'all when I can plug in. This day was a royal mess. We need to do a lot of talking tonight and lay out a lot of reads with reasons.

Why Fred over others on your original sus list? If I'm looking at the right post, a number of them are still alive.

I'm having a crisis about whether to force a tie to save a gut town read.

I do think boo would just be the better overall option, though.

Reading back over sprityos posts, the two people that stand out to me in that are Mac and Dfaraday. I have a bit of scum read on Mac. Dfaraday I wasn't sure, but there were a few posts where sprit seemed kind of defensive / asked a few times why he was on the chopping block without saying much more.

I'm torn between them but I really need to vote before bed.

If you say I am bad and don't give a reason, I cannot defend myself.

Well I already said I suck at this game. I can't scumhunt to save myself. But I am still in the game so might as well keep pushing forward until either the bads or the civs are eliminated.

I'm not throwing in the towel completely. Last night I was mad and overreacting. I will no longer try to lead / run point in this game. Granted, neither the Eloh lynch nor Fred's were entirely my fault, I just don't have the time to dig harder and deeper. Few people seem to give a crap because so many of us are busy. I suppose it's time for me to stop overthinking everything and just shoot from the hip like so many other are doing.

I am civ 100% That's all I can say. I am busy, but I am not using that as an excuse. Im a single parent, so any game i play from here on in I won't be able to be as mega active as maybe I'd like, that's just how it is.

Like I said, I am newer to mafia and particularly being civ so this game is a learning curve for me. Scum hunting is hard. I am maybe not as vocal or don't have a system down yet for working all of it out, but I am genuinely trying to ask the right questions and work it out.

My suspicions haven't always panned out, but that doesn't make me mafia. Very few of the civs in this game have had much luck.

I totally hear you. I was just hoping you could point at something like "here's where I said something SUPER obvious townie" or "here's where I voted for sprityo" or ... something, anything where you can say ... would Mafia do this?

But that you can't ... is interesting anyway. That you answered me so earnestly despite voting for me last day phase is also something.

I am currently working a plotline in which Wilgy and Quin are the remaining Mafia players.

Reasons -

Wilgy started pushing for a Dom wagon when Sprityo was up for a lynch. I hypothesise here that he became a little bit enamoured with the idea of bussing, but softly tried to get a Dom wagon going for the cred so he would have a teammate that was active at least.

He also softly defends Dom here.

I feel it is teammate incompatable coupling though. If one is bad the other is not.

Okay so I icing my Wilgy/Quin plotline. Luffy looks bad. Voting history bad. A heavy focus on game mechanics in early posts (a preferred scumtell of mine) and now this comment about Wilgy. Hard buddying.

I'd like to see Luffy lynched. It's a productive move for mine.

I know you've iced this in your head, but some more info on that day: The issue with this is that the Sprityo wagon only formed after I voted for him. I went from wanting to murder Dom to wanting to murder either Tink or Sprityo as all seemed to be valid options.

Sorry dad, but did you actually expect me to tell you why I can't be mafia? While everyone reevaluating their reads of me won't yield anything, I'm excited, as it means there may be some perspective shift AND I will be able to get further insight from other players.
