Just talking with someone about the game can go a long way toward better understanding who they are, how they think about the game, and what might be promising or concerning markers. That it was a mafia chat was and is not meaningful to me. I still left that chat knowing her better than I had entered it, and it even helped me to find her as town in the re-rolled version of the same game.

To say I feel "strongly" about it wouldn't be entirely accurate, but I would say that I am "comfortable" with it. And that's good enough for now.

Nothing drives mafia nuts like townies town reading townies. That's what I strive for.

What you say about Tangrowth is technically valid -- she has a relatively low ratio of post-count-to-reads-content and much of her play to this point has been of the fluffier conversational variety. In a backwards manner, that actually contributes to my positive view of her. I get no impression that she is trying to look a part or move the game any particular direction (i.e. agenda) beyond a few choice questions/pokes/reads. Instead she just looks thrilled to be here, in her first Syndicate game in quite a while -- a significant thing given that she founded the website. Her comfort level is suitable to the town alignment, and there's still enough reading going on in her posts to make her relevant and involved.

Vigilance on the Tangrowth read is important, because she has proven in the past to be a capable mafioso who can outpost most town players in her sleep. On that front I don't fault you or others for being unsure. I lean in the positive direction at this point though.

That is quite a statement to make. I've noticed you often and frequently respond to and about people they are town, but here with Actv you suddenly act as if she is already outed scum. Can you bring me to your thought process here? Actv has mode more posts than just that, and you still have a vote on her, and I mostly see you posting giving a lot of townreads on people, and just park your vote on Actv for now, for a reason I have yet to be convinced of.

I actually would be more interested in hearing people their different reads than just see people sheep each other, and tell them to do so.

As I know I am a guest here, I wonder how common it is on here that the Cindy Kate vets are easily and quickly townreading each other on day 1 also, and how often they happen to fool each other. Are you someone who can tell me more about this? For starters, I am definitly not as the same place as the Cindy Kate vets, and it wouldn't be a first time I as a guest on a different forum see things the home vets don't. At first I was surprised at Guillotine's top 3 town and top 3 scum were so different from what most people came so far, but on a second thought I actually don't hate his top 3's, at all.

I don't remember who the culprits were, maybe nutella and someone else, I think I did forgive nutella at the time due to context but then I remembered it wasn't just her so big shrug.
