Well, looks like several missed the vote today sadly. I am not sure on the roxy, svs, case, so I just hope its a baddie this time, but definitely looking like roxy.

Awesome, we finally got a baddie! Apparently we all missed the Realm poll as well? Well all but Lizzy anyway. That's a shame, I'd quite like to visit the Rum Realm.

I don't know. I'm wondering if Epi accidentally made it 24 hours instead of the usual 48.

I voted desert, because now in dark, we all just lost a chunk of our coins. It will be easy for baddies to buy water roles if we went there next. Cant afford to lynch another civ. Dont know how we are going to prevent it once we get to water though, even if we all bought fire flowers.

I'm also voting *desert* hoping we'll lynch one more baddie before going to water world.

Well even though she hasn't been proved innocent yet (Roxy), I'm inclined to follow Hedge's voting instincts from here on out. She clearly has a handle on what's what in this game. She's the one baking the cake and I'm just getting batter all over my face.

I guess I'll vote Desert too.

Yeah, indeed. There was some astute observation going on there. It's doubly nice because since there were only 2 of you, that almost undoubtedly proves that both you are above reproach. I can think of only one scenario in which you both wouldn't be, and I'm not sure that's what we have going on here.

I read BWT pretty well, and he does not seem bad to me, but I will read him again to be sure. I am kinda getting the heebie jeebies from Mongoose again, and have been for some time, actually, so perhaps "again" is not the right word. I said so and voted her, then she started saying how she thought I was civ, which mollified me a bit. Then she makes these feints at people, like shes gonna vote for them, then when called on it, she does the wide eyed thing. She is doing it with you somewhat as well.

PLAYER: "Mongoose, I think you could be bad"
MONGOOSE: I think you are a nice civvie who is very smart

Not sure I am buying it.

I could be wrong about LT, but i still don't feel that she would say some of the things she has said if she were bad. I don;t see her using her RL as a baddie tactic excuse thing at this time. If I am wrong, i will make horrid pouty faces at her when this is over, but that is my take on it.

I have no real opinion on Russti, I have not played much with him.

So they are blocking someone's vote today and someone who votes in an unknown order will die. We seriously need all the dead players to vote!! You can absorb the kill for us.

SVS - thank you for the analysis. I think my vote is going for Russti today. he led the charge against you and then switched to Roxy when there was not enough support.

Lizzy- are you thinking Bullz again? I would like to coordinate efforts and the only people I now feel I can mostly trust are you and Roxy. I still think Vomps is civ, but there are too many suspicious people.

Roxy voters are top of the list: bwt, russti, mongoose, and lt. Since the vote was 4 vs 2 there must be a baddie or maybe two in this bunch. Unless they air king goomba'd someone. Hard to say. Would love to hear from all 4 on who they suspect.

After the last lynch, I'm not entirely sure about Roxy anymore, which means some of my concerns with LT and SVS have gone away (not all, but slightly). I would still consider voting one of those two as my main focus, but I could be persuaded to look at Mongoose or Russ as well. I think among those 4, we will find at least 2 of the remaining baddies.

Also, I know we are quickly approaching endgame, but work this week might keep me from participating as much as I'd like. Today was a 10-hour day, the next three will be 10+ (plus the Swans concert tomorrow night with MP), and I will probably be working Saturday. I will try and post a bit when I can, but don't expect a bunch of very lengthy responses from me.

Well, in interests of keeping it together, Hedge, I could follow you in a vote for Russti, I see that he did kinda do the opportunistic thing last lynch, which is always a baddie thing for me.

Let the record reflect that I am not a baddie in this mafia game. I'm just playing this mafia game badly.

I have a feeling a goomba was in there. More than meets the eye on that one.

I'm on my phone and forced to be concise. The rereading I did today had me wondering if Lizzy is right about bwt (sorry dude). That's the way I'm leaning tonight (and not just cause Lizzy is a nice, sweet, articulate, pretty civ).

Yes, I did switch my focus from S~V~S to Roxy yesterday, and yes it was mainly because there was a lack of support for lynching S~V~S. As I said earlier in the game, I think it's cowardly to cast a throwaway vote if you're at all confident of your reads (which I was).

This result makes me feel better about you, Roxy, and LT. It's a little strange that you missed the vote. (Roxy I understand, given her ailment. Hope you feel better soon Rox!) However, I don't think it really says much about your alignment, and what Hedge pointed out about 2 Goombas being among the Roxy voters is pretty compelling. It seems I've been suckered and mistakenly led a baddie bandwagon.

I'm at a loss as to where to go now, though. I've been getting good vibes from 'Goose so far this game, but I do think BWT and LT could certainly be bad. I've seen your thoughts on me and 'Goose, so what do you think about either of them?

I really thought I said this at the time, but I guess I didn't because I can't find it anywhere -- I know it's easy enough for me to say this now, but hear me out. I never suspected SVS and had her down as a specific role in my notes. I saw the way the vote was going (and voted I think 30 secs before the poll closed) in order to save Elohcin, who I felt was Civ (and miraculously was right on that one).

I would think that this being my most recent game, I'd be better at reading people than in some other games where I thought I was reading others well (The Shining, for instance), but it doesn't seem to be the case at all. I never felt like I got my feet under me in this game and I'm not sure why that's the case. It's not exactly confidence boosting. I really truly thought I had something with the LT-Roxy Desert Voting Debacle of 2013. I was and still am still a bit surprised that more of you didn't see what I did on that case as I feel other players have been lynched in this game for far less (well as I see it I mean). I could totally be right about LT but for incredibly stupid reasons.

I'd also like to point out that I've not been proven wrong on some of this possibly errant votes, so just because the other person was lynched doesn't exactly dispel my theories. I am as sick to death talking about all that as you are though so I have no desire to beat a horse, dead or otherwise.

I'm still on the Civ side, just possibly inept. Sorry about that!

I think I've figured out three or four of the king roles, but it wouldn't be appropriate to reveal them. However if the air king was frozen last night, it would obviously have to be someone who doesn't post today.

I also can't see when the poll ends but my amazing powers of deduction lead me to believe it'll be about 24 hours after the night post. So around 1:19 am GMT.

True. In addition it would be nice if everyone who can post would post, so that we would know that whoever does not post is either the Air King or a baddie pretending to be the Air King.
