if there is no mafia redirector, then the mysteries are unresolved:

1) why was i roleblocked n3 and alison not dead

2) why did wilgy saw an "info" (investigative?) role visit TSP n3

Bus driver targets x and y. Alison targets x. She gets a named check on y.

Why would mafia bus drive themself with Long Con, her actual target? So Alison can red check them?

Or the hypothetical role where the mafia player left has a redirector role that targets Alison to move her to target a green check but still get a named result on her initial target? How would the mafia even know Alison was going to target mafia? She's more high odds to just get a clear anyway in that situation.

I think the redirector hypothesis fudging her claim is bunk. Godfather or nothing.

But it could explain what their plan was. Juliets didn't claim she was going to target Alison that night or at least it's confirmed mafia didn't know because that's what got Samu caught in the claims.

So maybe if anything this confirms that LC is a real check.

Dyachei just track whoever you think is most likely to carry. Likewise Wilgy (if we actually do get a pelt today).
LC target Radishes if your recipient does indeed get notified because it'll work if Juliets is covering him and won't if she's not.
Nanook target the towniest person that doesn't have cover so you have the best chance to get your double vote.

Radishes watches between TSP and Tutuu. You got targeted with a roleblock. He had to die over Alison so we didn't see the roleblock. They just blocked you so that you wouldn't go off the page and protect Radishes maybe. The threat of Juliets role going on Al means that I still think it unlikely the mafia risk wasting a neg action on her. Maybe they did though. But i still tend to think its not something that would outright fabricate her result cuz that was Sprityo's role.

Perhaps you are just right about the last mafia role and they do what you say.

Hmmm. This just makes it more likely that they roleblock you and redirect TSP but then again Wilgy didn't see a redirect on TSP.

If it was a driver from Alison to TSP I would expect her result to have been TSP is town not Long Con.

I suppose we can just confirm him again if we must.

if I exe you it'll be on policy not emotion. I don't subscribe to schools of thought along the lines of "I don't want to lose to X" or "I'm fine losing if X is mafia". I just think that if someone seriously claims scum then we should take them seriously. And also, we can afford to cover the possibility since we have a lot of kills left.
