Has been run once before on MU; players there seemed to have fun with it.

If the game title is reference to something, it's something I don't know. That leaves it ominous in a way that pleases me.

Re: requirements, it looks good to me!

I don't believe I've ever played a proper cult game wherein that's the sole opposing faction, as this appears to be. That's an interesting opportunity for sure.
