Here be the Rules

1) Day periods (open thread) last 48 hours. Night periods (closed thread) last 23 hours. Votes in the poll will be changeable.
2) No double-targeting (targeting the same player on consecutive nights) or self-targeting is permitted.
3) Role claiming and sharing information are permitted, although this may not be in your best interest. You may not copy and paste your role from the Host.
4) Be respectful to your fellow participants. If you need to speak to someone on the outside to vent, PM a moderator on duty.
5) No BTSC (behind the scenes communication) unless authorized by the Host.
6) No editing or deleting of posts in the game thread.
7) Dead players should post in the {Dead} Red if they are posting in the game thread (off topic only please).
8) Non-Players should similarly post in {np} Blue if they are posting in the game thread (off-topic only please).
9) Living players wishing to discuss something off-topic should do so in {OT} Green.
10) All questions should be asked privately. Message the Host and you will receive a private answer.
11) Don’t starve.

Each Day, there will be a list of resources on the first page (see below). You may claim one of them by using the vote tag. As an example:

These votes are NOT changeable. Once you pick something up, it’s yours. Claimed items will have the gatherer’s name added next to it (as I am able). If you inadvertently claim something that was already picked up, please pick something else.

If you fail to claim something properly, you will enter the Night empty-handed.

Each Day, you may choose an item of food, wood, flint, or a tool.

Food – Hunger causes everyone to incur a one vote penalty each Day. These unseen votes are cumulative. A food item will negate that Day’s one vote penalty. A hunger rating can never be higher than zero. As a clarifying example, if you do not choose food Day 1, you will have one vote against you at the end of Day 1 in addition to any votes you can see in the poll. If you then choose food Day 2, you will have one vote against you at the end of Day 2 (instead of two) in addition to any votes you can see in the poll. Don’t starve.

Wood – Combine with flint to create one light source. You cannot be targeted by mafia’s Night kill while in the light.

Flint – Combine with wood to create one light source. You cannot be targeted by mafia’s Night kill while in the light.

As soon as you have one wood and one flint, you will automatically use your light source that Night. Note that a light source is not a protection in the traditional sense. The mafia will be selecting its Night kill target from those in the dark (i.e., the mafia will be told who is in the light). A light source will not protect you from any other misfortune that may visit you.

Tool – All tools are one-time use. Read the description each Day to see what they do.

I picked the gold because the way it’s worded I wonder if we don’t get the same list everyday. And if so anything on the day befores list sounds pretty good.

yeah now that i think bout it more. sean is forced to pick non-food here, even if he's mafia. he knows it will look rly sus on him if he doesn't. so if we dont take them all and leave at least 1 for him, we will be guaranteed to be weakening him if he's mafia

I’m town and I want to survive. Winning is awesome but it’s even better if you’re alive.

That said, I see your point, I almost never make endgame as town, which is good cause I’m not a great end gamer.

But I don’t know that I’d judge someone’s affiliation by their will to live, or maybe expectation is a better term.

Does this apply to anyone, or just Sean, since you seemed most concerned with specifically leaving an item for Sean?

I've shrugged it since basically almost anything on the list contributes to living in some capacity whether that be surviving the day or night

the only one that doesn't quite do that under every circumstance is yours and JJJ's umbrella
